I actually like this product but what I don't like is the magnetic cord connection. It disconnected twice while I was using the product just by moving it. Loose connections are a common cause of fires so I will be returning this product.

Just bought this, and while it works great, the serving ring is too big to properly fit and ends up in the way.

Haven't used it yet, but looks good. I did have to return the first one I got because there wasn't an instruction Manuel/ Recipe book in the box.

Used it for the first time. Very easy to use. Held the temperature well. Loved the magnetic power cord and how easy the cleanup was.

Cord is sensitive around kids as just bumps off but works great overall and well worth the price, vs the restaurant the melting pot!

Only issue is that the dishes on the side are too small to be used to anything. More for decoration than for snacks.

Great item at a good price.

Love this. The extra little bowls on it are fun ways to have all your fondue items ready to go!

Looking forward to using it, just missing the manual
