Great drink, impossible to open bottle

I don't know if I received a defective batch, but these bottles are unbelievably difficult to open. My fit 21 year old son even has the fight of his life to open them. I gave up when I brought them to work and no one in the office could help me either! Too bad, because I really enjoy the beverage.
