This is the only sports drink that contains potassium and magnesium. I guess some folks don't need that, but my body does. Great prices and they had it in 2 sizes. I recommend thiscsports drink...it even tastes good!

I was upset and disappointed when I realized I had bought the original Body Armor. 90 calories vs 15 calories is a big difference. My Bad. That said, I must admit the taste is wonderful! Still a lot more calories than I like, but I just mix with the Lyte to help bring down the calorie damage.

This has become my family’s favorite way to stay hydrated. My favorite part is that it has no artificial colors or sweeteners. I’ve read so many terrible things about the harmful effects of the dyes and artificial sweeteners used in most other drinks, I’m really happy to find a great tasting product that uses natural products.

This stuff is absolutely disgusting, in my opinion, but it works! It was recommended by my doctor. To me it is far too sweet but it restores the electrolytes very quickly. I tend to mix it with a little seltzer water or ginger ale. I had a bad stomach upset as a result of reaction to antibiotics which was followed by about with Covid. This stuff kept me going.
