Please contact our Customer Care Team at 800-884-5282 to request a replacement. For future, we recommend brewing just water through the single serve machine occasionally to prevent the brewer from clogging. If the brewer is not cleaned after each brew cycle, grinds can accumulate within the needle of the machine and cause pressure to build up during the next use. This increased water pressure can cause cup failure leading to grounds in your coffee. Thanks, Community Coffee
