I ordered these chairs and put them in storage while we were building our house. After several months, I pulled them out to put them together and one of the seats had begun to break and there was a hole that was not drilled as big as it should have been. I called the company and I had no trouble whatsoever. They sent me the parts I needed with no question. They followed up to make sure I got it and assembled my chairs as well!!! Love these rocking chairs!!!

While these chairs are very attractive and for what purpose they serve, quite comfortable, we have found the quality to be questionable. We bought four chairs based on reviews and price. We paid to have them assembled. At first glance upon assembly we noticed a crack in one of the arms. On that same chair we then noticed a crack on the back of the same chair. Contacting the mfg. they sent a replacement part for the arm, but balked on the back. I understand, the freight is very expensive to send these replacement parts. Now today, we have found a second chair with a crack and a form of “glue” or residue seeping from all the joints of the chairs. Not sure what that is, but it certainly isn’t normal. We bought the turquoise color which is perfect for our needs, but now we have no idea how to proceed. We called Sams, but so far they have not replied.

I purchased this product and received very timely. It was very easy to put together but one of the pieces did not fit properly. I immediately contacted the number on the paper that was included with the product and they shipped me a new piece as soon as I provided them with the required info. The new piece fit perfectly and I was able to complete the assembly. This was all done within 2 weeks. I am very happy with the quality and was very happy with the responsiveness and helpfulness of the customer service team.

We are now the proud owners of 6 of these rockers! They are very sturdy, comfortable, and look great on our porch! The seat size is spacious and rockers are comfortable for people on the larger end of the scale! We initially ordered 4 rockers and we were so pleased with their quality that we ordered 2 additional ones. On one of the last ones, we noticed a mar on the finish of the back piece of the rocker. We contacted the company's customer service and they quickly sent us out a replacement piece. The customer service representative was very responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. We could not have asked for any better service. They were fantastic and we are very pleased. We highly recommend these rockers!

These chairs are absolutely enormous. Almost too big for my front porch. I ordered 4 of these and whoever manufactures these and puts those little stickers on every part really hates the people who are buying these. Took me forever to get them all off. Had to use Goo Gone. Other than that, no issues. The stickers were annoying enough to make me put only 3 stars.

The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow, assembly was pretty simple. The only issue was that the sticker labels were difficult to remove. It actually took us longer to remove the labeling of part numbers and front & back indicator sticklers than it took to do they physical assembly! Plastic and paper thermal labels that use adhesive that do NOT leave residue are commonly used today. We got most of the sticky residue off, but need to get some solvent to remove the remaining adhesive residue. The paint is quite thin, and there are some flaws where it dribbled down and hardened in a thicker section, so not sure how these will take the weather over time. I may add a coat of polyurethane to create a protective layer so the paint does not chip or spall in the weather. Despite the above complaints, I like the chairs. The color is deep and they are comfortable. We purchased these on sale, reduced by $80 from $149.98 to 69.98 each. For that sale price I am pleased with the chairs, but had I paid $149.98 each I would be more annoyed about the thin paint and sticker residue.

Bought 4 chairs and 2 side tables to match. Fast Delivery. Sturdy and comfortable rocking chairs. Unfortunately, the paint on all six pieces of furniture began to flake off and warp revealing the wood underneath. We had these on the front patio, uncovered with about 6-7 hours of sun per day. These may have performed better with a covered patio situation, but they were described as all weather and outdoor paint job. That did not hold up. We returned them.
