Recently purchased this mattress and a large dip formed about the size of a watermelon only a month or so of sleeping in it. It was replaced by the same exact mattress and once again the dip is back. Don't think we'll be keeping this mattress and get our money back.

This mattress is worth every penny!! I have issues with my back and have went through several mattresses, finally invested in this mattress and I'm so happy I did. Never slept better! I can't say enough about this mattress. Please try one out, you will see for yourself.

Purchased the Reserve Soft and my husband and I both loved the mattress initially. Soon after the 90 day return or exchange window expired we realized the Soft Pillowtop model was not the right fit for us. The top had started to compress and sag where we sleep and a hump between us started to form. My husband also began complaining the mattress was causing back discomfort each morning. When I reached out to Customer Service to explain our experience and that we would like to exchange our soft pillow top for the Medium non pillow top model I was told by the representative nothing could be done since the 90 day window for an exchange had passed and I could file a claim if the mattress sag was already greater than 1.5 inches. Considering S&F is a premium brand and we purchased their top end collection I had hoped for a different outcome when I called customer service and explained our experience.

It is ultra plus and is 16 inches thick which requires deep pocket sheets which is no big deal at all. When someone else is in the bed, you can barely feel their movements. My sleep has been so amazing and my aches and pains are no longer a problem. Thinking of replacing all of our mattresses with this brand!

But once I lay down on this bed, the support and comfort it offers is 2nd to NONE! I am amazed! My back pain has lessened and I wake up feeling more rested each day than with my previous mattress. I don't toss and turn and wake up all night anymore. I highly recommend this mattress for anyone with back issues like nerves pinched, sciatica or even just frequent muscle spasms and such. This will help you like it did me!

I would say for a Medium it feels a tad bit softer than I expected. I have slept on it using only the bottom sheet for just under a week- no extra toppers - in order to give my honest opinion. It doesn't sleep too hot. I think it would be perfect with an extra cotton topper. Also, I am typically a side sleeper and found this doesn't aggravate my shoulder.

Very disappointed in spending this much money on a mattress that hurts my body so bad to sleep on and can't even return it. There is nothing level on it, it's stiff in some spots and super soft in others. You would think with a price tag like that it would feel like a luxury bed. I will never ever buy another stearns and foster again as this was my second one after exchanging a different one because it was ungodly uncomfortable. Their is no way the same mattresses are in the store than being sold. And I am well past the break in period so my body doesn't just need to adjust.

It's a great choice to make if you want a perfect night's sleep. Iv had other mattresses in the past and this isn't like those. It's much better. Softer more comfort. I honestly don't like getting out of bed any more lol
