Nice Clarity - Tiny Remote/No universal remote

This has nice clarity for dialog, but the Bose cannot be controlled with the Roku remote. Bose does not make a universal remote for this unit. I bought this for my 94 year old mother, who is unable to use the Bose remote. Sadly, I'm returning this item for this reason.
