Cannot review performance because it never worked. I followed all trouble shooting and called the HP number, their conclusion was to return it to Sam’s. The unit is made from the flimsiest of plastic. Not much thicker than a soda pop bottle. Love HP products, but this is a failure.

Best shredder I have purchased. HP makes good product products.

it is a good machine, replacing an old Royal.

Works as advertised. The wheels are a helpful feature, since it’s kept under a desk. The input tray doesn’t hold as many papers as I hoped, though.

Works very well - very reliable so far. Functions effectively in shredding documents and plastic cards.

I've only used it a few times...but so far so good. The feeder takes sheets with no issue. Pretty quite for a shredder.
