[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Pompeian robust extra virgin olive oil and love it. I use it to saute and as a light dressing on salads and enjoy the tastes it gives. It has a great scent to it and gives a richer flavor than other olive oil.

I have tried several different brands, and this is the best one I’ve tried! I’ve used it on pasta dishes, on grilled foods as part of marinades, and on salads. It’s rich and perfect for salads (I love making a dressing with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper). The richness of the olive oil really comes through. Also works great for cooking since it’s more healthy. I love topping pasta with a little additional olive oil as well. Super accessible and available at my local grocery store so it's easy to pick up another one when I run out.

The Robust has an excellent flavor profile and is perfect on salads and for use in dips and marinades. Made some garlic bread brushed with a bit it as well was great. Will definitely purchase again.

I love the depth of flavor that the robust has for marinating steaks. Tried the Robust EVOO with aged balsamic vinegar to dip bread. It was amazing! Highly recommend.
