This a stunning set with fire pit. The 2 loveseats are rocking and the 2 chairs swivel. Such a nice and comfortable set. Extremely well built.

Sit down and Enjoy

Product came damaged among other issues.   Called and spoke to customer service several times and each time I was disconnected and not one customer service ever called me back.   We are still in possession of the damaged loveseat and even though Sam’s club was supposed to set up an appointment to have it picked up, it is still sitting outside the side of our house.   Your customer service department is by far the worst I have ever dealt with and it is still an ongoing problem.   Even the so called supervisors made promises , hung up and never called back.   I will NEVER order an item from Sam’s Club to be delivered again!!

Terrible Customer Service

The product seemed like pretty nice quality and comfortable when viewing the display model in the store.   It took 2 trucks with 6.5' beds to bring the 3 boxes home, each  were on wood pallets.  One truck had to drive with the tailgate down.

When I got home to assemble this, I noticed that the metal frame on the bottom of the loveseat was bent inwards so the feet were not making proper contact on one side.   I don't know if this was due to shipping but we are now contacting the included phone number to see about getting a new frame sent over to replace it.
