We bought the washer/dryer combo about 6 years ago. Washer still working great, dryer started having controls problems after 3 years, where the cycle wouldn't continue. The plastic lint trap area near the door also warped and allowed clothes to catch/rip around year 4 needing repairs. year 5, the dryer became really loud and couldn't keep loads balanced and now, the housing near the drum is damaged and the dryer is no longer usable. Also, drying took longer and longer around year 4 and with the controls, we had to set the timer manually because the pre-programmed load settings wouldn't continue. also, the door latching mechanism wore out around year 5.

It has a steam sanitizer and of course, it connects to the smart things app which is fantastic because I can start and stop my Cycles with a touch of a button. This has 12 preset dry cycles, and nine downloadable dry cycles, the dryer door can be made reversible to accommodate your laundry room, it has five temperature settings and five drying levels. I love the team sanitizer feature, this helps to eliminate up to 99.9% of germs and bacteria on clothing. The sensor dry optimizes the time and temperature to keep your clothes from being damaged by heat. The vent sensor and lint filter indicate when your dryer is operating safely and efficiently. Everything that Samsung touches right now absolutely amazes me, they keep raising the bar every time they come up with a new product.

It's large capacity holds big items such as king bedding, comforters or a number of large towels, etc. The settings are simple and easy to use and there are so many options to choose from! We love the fact that there's an app on our phones to let us know how much time is left to dry and when it's done. We definitely would recommend this dryer to everyone!

Super impressed with the style , design and Wi-Fi connectivity. When I wake up in the morning I can turn on the dryer from my phone and when I leave for work I put on some warm and wrinkle free clothes. The size of the dryer makes it so easy to dry large clothing for example, comforters. I’m very impressed and I would recommend my family of friends this product.

An app to notify my "tenant" that their clothes are dry so they aren't sitting in there getting wrinkled or holding up the process. Holds a ton of clothes and dries pretty evenly. All the programs we have tested are effective, efficient and doing what they are supposed to be doing. I tried the app and controlling the washer from the app, and that has been nice. I can make some changes or turn the washer on without going downstairs to the laundry room. Convenient. 2. Appearance. The washer looks nice in the laundry room. It is tall, which I love as I am tall myself. Love the rounded edges and clear lid. 3. Capacity. I have washed three sets of bedding sheets, and they all fit easily into the washer. No complaints here. 4. Savings. It saves water, energy and time for my family. Highly recommended.

It has huge capacity, which works so much easier for heavy loads like beddings/pillows. Another advantage is it isn’t loud, that helps us a lot as we have little babies at home. Smart thing app was extremely easy to navigate. Overall, we are very pleased with our buy and we definitely recommend this to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My feature of this machine is the steam sanitize. I have 3 cats inside and while I keep a clean house, my roommate has some allergies. It is so helpful to be able to sanitize the linens and towels. The light inside the drum was such a surprise! I haven't seen that in a machine in such a long time. It helps you to see all of the items in the dryer so you don't end up with just one lone sock. I love the fact that it senses how dry the clothes are and adjusts the time accordingly. Drying large items like bedspreads and comforters are a breeze with this machine. No more running out to an external laundry to dry your large items. I haven't quite mastered the Smart Things app but it will be fun learning to control the machine from it. I am very happy with this dryer. It has made my life so much easier.
