Almost all of them are set to 4/5 or 5/5 on heat. So, if I want to use a lower heat setting, I can only use the Time Dry which only has 5 time options. Changing the side of the door latch takes some time too. I like the Smart Things compatibility, saves time without having to go the actual machine. It's a good product overall, I just can't understand the prevention of changing the heat setting on the presets.

If I need to change a setting it is very easy to do. Adjusting the heat setting or the time is extremely easy. It has a very large capacity. You can put numerous items in or just one large item like comforter.

We've had this dryer for about 8 months now and overall I would say we're happy with its performance. The controls aren't the most intuitive to use and definitely takes some getting used to but once you figure it out it does get the job done. The capacity is great and handles mega loads for our family with young kids without any issues, it's just a matter of finding the right settings to deliver the results that you're looking for. I would definitely recommend getting your appliances from Sams Club. The benefits vs. the home improvement stores make a big difference and the pricing is always competitive if not better than the other big box stores.
