My unit was provided at best price. Delivery timely and professional. Installation superb and was coordinated with my LP provider without my intervention. Works like advertised. I would recommend to anyone using LP gas that are not near a major road get a 1000 gallon tank. I purchased a 500 gal not realizing that they only fill to 80% or 400 gallons. I wish they had put a opening on the bottom of the housing to make run electric lines underground and up through the slab easy. It was hard to cut a whole through the base with a new whole saw.

I love this new 22KW generator. The dealership and installation folks were just fantastic. They set up a time with my propane provider so that they could all be there during the installation. The install of the generator, wiring and propane lines were all done in one mornings time. We decided on a whole home unit that would run the power in our whole house if the electric service went out and we are very very happy with it. The generator is set to come on weekly and will run for about five minutes or so and does a complete check of the system before it turns off. We also decided to go with the Com-Link option which was around $200.00 and it will send you texts or emails with a report of the weekly tests along with each time the generator is on or the power goes out, a great option for our peace of mind while away from home. There is also an app that you can refer to that tells you the condition of the battery, times the test runs occurred along with Minutes/hours of run times and when the next maintenance is due. Your Generac dealer can also pull up all this information and line out a time with you for upcoming maintenance. As I've said before, I LOVE THIS NEW ADDITION to our family :)

From the very first call to the Generac dealer/installer, right through to the detailed walkthrough, this has been an outstanding experience. The instal crew was polite, professional, and really knew their business. The unit itself is sleek looking and attractive. The unit is mounted about ten feet from my home office and when it starts for the routine weekly test, it only sounds like my neighbor is mowing his lawn. Keep in mind we live on 1 1/2 acre lots so it is not loud at all. My wife couldn't even hear it running when I asked her if it was loud. Great product, excellent service.

Within a month of installation of our Generac Home House Generator, our power went out. As promised, the generator kicked on within 30 seconds. Our living routine DID NOT CHANGE during this 8 hour outage. We ran the Washer, Dryer, and Dishwasher simultaneously, along with our big screen TV. Would never know we lost our regular source of power!

I live in an area where our power goes out at least once a month. To know that we do not have to worry about that anymore is awesome. The installer we had that was qualified to install by Generac was very knowledgeable and informative. He let us know what he was doing throughout the entire insolation process. After the install he went over everything very thurally and insured us that if we need anything to call him! Great job Generac!

Thankfully,we have not had a power loss yet. But it's working.Every Friday at the exact minute it runs through it's test for 5 mins.to the second,then shuts down. It's given us great confidence that it will be there when needed. And already gave recommendations to family and friends. 22KW Guardian

We feel more secure and safe now that we have this home generator. Dale and his installation crew were the friendliest and upmost professional the day they installed it. I already have recommended them to many friends. When some come by, I feel the need to show it off! Sorry, but I'm kinda proud of it! Great Job!

The installation and the crew was great. I am very confident that this will solve my power outage problems. The weather becomes more unpredictable every year and I have spent too many cold nights and thrown away too many spoiled foods. Now when I hear there is a storm coming and power outages likely, I breathe a sigh of relief

I bought a Generac for my CPA office first. The electric has been out in the past during January- March when there are IRS deadlines. I now do not have to worry about an outage. I work on a client's database at my home away from the server @ the office....It just made sense to purchase a Generac for my home. We installed it behind a crepe myrtle on the side of the house. I am very glad that I purchased Generac.
