Installation instructions are good and the install went very well. I had an issue with the auto start feature and customer service was very helpful. I have not had any power outages to test the full function of the generator.

Have had 3 power outages in the last month. Generac system worked perfect each time. On and off automatically, no intervention needed. I wished everything worked like that.

I love my 22kw generac generator. It gives me great peace of mind, it comes on immediately when the current goes off. I highly recommend this generator works every time.

Since it was installed, we have only had 2 power outages. One being in the middle of the night. We were unaware until we heard the generater go off. It is not noises at all.

overall excellent product. only problem is warranty service. not any local "service dealers" so if I have a problem , I have to try to talk a authorized service dealer to travel 100 miles to help me. otherwise would have gotten 5 star

Since this product has just been installed and I have not had the opportunity to have it work I can only gauge my comments from others that I know that have them in New York, I'm sure I will be very pleased with it's performance.

This product is very quiet and very simple to operate. We purchased two of them. Very satisfied with product and customer service. Great support team of people.

have only had needed the unit once since the install, for a short period. the only regret after many years of short and extended outages the we did not do this sooner !

Nice looking unit cannot give it an excellent rating yet as it has not needed to run for an outage since install. It self test and I feel good knowing it is ready.

The installation of my generator looks great. It runs every Wendsday at noon for exercise. I have almost been hoping for a power outage to see how it works when needed. I will review again if it ever goes into action.
