A strong storm came through our area a few months after moving into our new house and several large limbs tore down the power lines. We never lost power however most of our neighbors were without power for 3 days.

So far the generaton has worked as expected. Weekly start up has occured as scheduled. We have no complaints. Hope We really don't need it BUT If we do we have it.

I'm so pleased with my new system. Its so nice to know if the power fails (and it does here) I don't have to worry. No more gas powered generators to fill and extension cords to run! My installer was absolutely hands down top notch! Christy

We have lost power 4 times during our Dec and Jan snow storms. Our new Generac has kicked on in just seconds after losing power. I'm still able to do laundry and everything else I would normally do. Great piece of mind and best investment ever!

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

Had this generator installed in April 2026 by Wayne Cook Electric and I am so happy with the product and the installation company. Nothing but praises for this experience and the installation company!

Unit installation went well. Think some improvement if the prep are for hook-up done so the electric company come once , shuts down a nd 10 minutes or so later re-connects rathe than leaving the customer w/o power for most of the day.

I feel more confident now knowing if I am gone or my wife is alone that the power is there to protect perishables and my family in an outage thank you.
