The generator and transfer switch were easy to install with well written manuals. The generator has great voltage and frequency regulation from no load to full load. I recommend the cold weather starting kit.

We have had a couple of bouts of bad weather causing the power to go out. My new generator came on just like it was supposed to and kept us powered until the shore power was restored.

We no longer have to worry about the weather and being without power. This product works when needed without fail. Peace of mind is important to my family and with generac we have it.

Works great and is powerful enough to run basement pumps and equipment as well as much of the first floor of the house. Now if we lose electricity, we will still have major systems.

Installed in March 2016 and have had one power outage lasting 30 minutes. Generator started promptly and powered heater and all appliances. Generator test has occurred every Wednesday as scheduled without flaw.

Everything went great from the installation to hearing it kick on once a week for the self test. We know the generac generation is ready when we lose power. Very satisfied, I would definitely recommend this 22k unit. RAY LEOTTA

The generator is sleek and has a low profile. Having it gives me peace of mind for the family during severe weather. Although not loud, my personal recommendation would be to install the generator at least 20 feet from the house

Our generator went on automatically during the five power failures (too many) in the past year. The longest of those failures lasted several hours. The generator gives us the protection we needed.

So far so good! The Generac is in and I was shown how it works - very impressed. Of course, we have not had a real incident yet, but I feel GREAT knowing it is here - Peace of Mind!
