Spectrum Electric staff and techs were very professional throughout the entire process. Installation looks good and my wife and I are extremely happy we chose Spectrum Electric.

How terrible is this? I pay thousands of dollars for installing this, power outage, it sputters, and then doesn't fire. Plenty of propane. And I can't get anyone to help. Find a different company.

Installed and opertional today - the real test of course is the first power loss. I have every expectation that the Generac will power-up automatically.

After waiting 4 months the generator has finally arrived. It looks good. Features, Quality, etc will be known in time, but the time to wait for the generator and communication with the company doing the sale & install was absolutely unacceptable.
