This generator has been tested time and time again. 2 Hurricanes, ice storm, and just long power outages. The longest was 9 days, which we had to get a gas refill,. but the thing just kept going. This is a senior now and it is still gooooooiiiing.

Best investment I ever made. I feel protected for any emergency and would definitely recommend this choice. It kicks on automatically and runs everything as if regular power is on. Self check weekly. Completely wired into the house. Peace of mind!!

Very happy with the purchase, works great. Don't have to worry about power outages anymore. Also installing company, Washington Electric have very professional and knowledgeable staff. Impress with the whole process. Worth the money.

the mobilink feature is too dificult to install!!! I ended up not adding the feature. I even had a support person helping me. JUST TOO DIFFICULT TO INSTALL

It's relatively easy to hook up with advanced electrical skills. It started the first try. When ran through a load test it preform as expected. I would recommend it to anybody that is looking for a reliable whole home back up generator.

22kw gas was installed February, 2020. Never a problem. Power has dropped out a number of times from 30 minutes to 4 hours and never an issue. Best investment ever made!

I was contacted by Generac prior to install (1/13/22) and was told of a 7 wear warranty available. upon install there was only a 5 yr warranty. not sure what is up. other wise, this is a great generator!

Very satisfied. This is much quieter than expected. I regret waiting until now. Should have purchased earlier. The installers did a great job Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Just had the 22kW installed for the whole house and the wife and I are very happy. This time of year in north central NC we get some very bad thunderstorms. It is very unpredictable when a storm will knock out the power. No more worries for us!
