Generator really comes in handy as I experience hurricane “Sandy” in my previous home we were the only light on the block for two weeks. Now that I have moved to the shore, I have another. Product great(22kw)with great tech support.

I had a 14k Generac installed and during it's first use the gaskit cracked. Very disappointed. It has taken almost a month to get it scheduled for repair.

Our new generator does everything we want it to do. There is almost no interaction required on our part. It just automagically kicks on when needed, and we hardly notice it. The installer was very courteous, professional, and efficient.

From the time the unit is delivered, the quality and craftsmanship are OBVIOUS! After a demonstration, I have no doubt this was a great choice and a great value. My expectations are surely exceeded.

I am very pleased with my new Generac generator. Storm Guardian Generators installed it quickly and did a excellent job. I would highly recommend Generac and Storm Guardian Generators.

This product is yet to be tested for performance. We are pleased with professionalism, timely delivery and hook up of the product. It is built with less rusting material so it should last longer than our old model.

Our generator is brand new so we have not had to use it. Previously we had a 20 kW generator and loved it. It was always there when we needed it. So we are anticipating the same service with our new 22kW. Love the fact that it is WiFi enabled.

Our generac standby generator was installed in July and we lost power ONE time in November and it failed. We were told the engine needed to be replaced!! Wow what a horrible product!!!

Recent install by Metro Electric. Thorough job and professional install. Unit has cycled/exercised several times without issue. Waiting for first outage to see how the unit performs. So far, so good.
