We just had our generac installed by Home Backup Systems and the installation process was great. So far everything has gone smoothly with the generator and it has worked well with our power outage test and the exercises.

I had my electrician install my generator. We poured the pad and did all the ditch work. On day of install it tested great no issues. We are rural and I expect the power company to cut the power when the winds kick up. Looks good and it works.

AFTER I INSTALLED MY GENERAC STANDBY GENERATOR WITH AUTO TRANSFER SWITCH THE GIRL I TALKED TO FROM TECH SUPPORT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NOW GENERATOR IS UP AND RUNNING.

So I just got mine put in in Sept. And we had 10 hr power outage the other day. And maybe another one tomorrow night. Even though the mobile link I cAnt connect. It does what it supposed too. And piece of mind.

I love the fact that when the power goes out it does not at my home. My wife is comfortable in the summer knowing the A/C is running and I am confident my family is protected and safe.
