So far our generator has been working as expected and after two winter storms, we are lucky of no main power lost. However it feels good to have our standby guardian on call, just in case. Winter is not over and the worst is yet to come, but we feel very safe.

We operate a child day care and we purchased a 22KW Generac due to constant power outages in my area. This product far exceeds the expectations I had. The first week after installation we lost power for four hours the generator immediately started, transfer was made in a few seconds and the A/C came back on in four minutes. Very impressive and it ran for the four hours flawlessly. Scheduled operations run are accurate as can be. I highly recommend this product.

Apart from the weekly tests we have had one opportunity to see the generator in action when a nearby transformer failed. We had full power restored within a minute, and seamless transfer back to utility power once the repairs were complete. My only complaint is that as an engineer, I'd like to get more data from the weekly tests. All I get is "It started, it ran, it stopped". I would like to see logs of fuel consumption, oil pressure, temperature, and generators output. I've asked about this information but my requests went unanswered.

We had this 22KW automatic standby generator installed about 6 weeks ago and it's worked reliably during 2 recent power outages in our area. It's fairly quiet when running and is fully automatic, including the weekly "5 minute exercise" period. We love not having to worry about losing heat, stuff in the frig, etc. when power goes out in our area, which happens often.

Purchased the 22kw unit recently, built a pad and had it connected to service. Outside of tests, have yet to have a need for the unit to take over powering our home. Have been very pleased with the straightforward instructions and the ease of manually cycling the unit. The quietness of the running unit was a nice surprise too.

I've had a Generac 15kw generator in my home for the last 15 years the case started getting a little rusty but the generator work perfect I replaced it with a brand new 22k Generac generator with the aluminum case hopefully this will last me another 15 more years. great product

This generator was purchased for a home in Belize and the sales and installation team were awesome. I have not had to use the generator but I have complete faith in the product and the installation. Was only disappointed the free Genarac pressure washer deal was not available in Belize. Thank you for a great product and a great team

Awesome investment. We needed to install a generator for medical usage. When we started caring for my mom she needs oxygen 24/7. The generator was a life saver because since we had it our electricity has went out on several occasions and it switched over quickly with no problems. Thanks Generac.

Great investment. Having heat and an elevated sense of security during inclimate weather has put us at ease. At first, the cost may be a little frightening, but you won't be disappointed in the purchase when you are warm and safe in your home, when others aren't so fortunate.

Unless you are very skilled in the field, leave the install up to the professionals. Not terribly complicated, but there are enough things you need to get right that it is better to leave the install up to someone who is familiar with it. But the product is awesome. I installed this for my 84 year old mother, for my peace of mind, should there be a power outage any time of the year. Product looks nice, and runs quiet for the size unit it is. Reliable. I've had one for 6 years now and it is not a problem at all. Just change the oil and filter on a regular schedule, and I changed the battery at 5 years. Great product, buy with confidence!
