This was absolutely horrible. Tastes disgusting, clumps together and doesn’t mix well, it went straight to the trash.

I bought this because the sugar-free Metamucil was gone.  Never again.  The taste is thin kool-aid made with half the sugar and the scoop handle is so long it’s hard to dig far enough down to get the lid back on.

Gelled fiber

I love this stuff, it has made daily fiber supplement so much easier.  This stuff tastes great mixes well.  I have been using this for about a year maybe a little more and have been so happy.  I have tried other fiber supplements and this one makes it easy because it tastes like a glass of lemonade and not the yucky orange grit like the other stuff.
