This product is great! I drink it first thing in the morning before anything else. The flavor is also good, but this product does get thick fast if you take too long to drink it.

Yummy, a fiber drink I actually don’t mind drinking.

This is at least my 3rd time buying this product, and I'm not sure what exactly, but something has changed and I'm not very impressed anymore... The first two bottles that I'd bought had a light sweet fruity scent when opened. This latest bottle smells sour and has a strong chemical/plastic smell which is very off-putting right off the bat. It also no longer smells like raspberry lemonade when you're drinking it -- it just smells awful. You have to mix and drink immediately. I had no issues with this on the first 2 bottles, but this latest one I opened up for the first scoop, I scooped it out and could not get it to mix/blend in the water - about 1/4 of the scoop clumped up into small chunks and wouldn't break down at all. The bottle expires next year, so I'm not sure if they cut corners trying to change the formula, it's just a bad batch, or if there was an issue during transportation/storage?

I like that this product does help with bloating and it will get you to go to the bathroom once you get into taking it regularly. The taste isn't so great once you start drinking it and there is an aftertaste. I like that it has real raspberry in it which is beneficial and that it is sugar free. Some people say they have a hard time getting it down because it starts to congeal. Mixing it in a cold beverage is better way to take it. If you let it set too long it will get like thick applesauce. Make sure you drink water after taking it, not too much not too little.

This product tastes good and is effective.

Good Stoff

I bought this a few weeks ago and my bloating is seriously so much better!! It's definitely not harsh like a laxative, I take it every morning and this might be TMI but I'm spending so much less time in the bathroom. I used to only "go" 3-4 times a week and it was painful and irregular. Now I go daily and it's exactly how it's supposed to be! I feel less foggy too and I'm not 100% sure it's from the fiber but it's definitely a plus! I mix it with cranberry juice & I loveee that it has clean ingredients. My grandma takes metamucil and I keep telling her to switch.

I bought this because it is sweetened with stevia. The powder is very fine and almost hydrophobic, very difficult to mix. It forms a gel. The raspberry flavor stays around. I don't care for it. But all of this is secondary to the fact that it doesn't work nearly as well a Metamucil. I found it constipating.

This stuff really works! Please excuse my TMI, but I have to be real & spread the word. I am proud to say that I now take DAILY DUMPS! Usually TWICE a day! If not I'll go first thing in the next morning. These dumps are so relieving and I feel very cleaned out everytime! I have alot less bloating too. This product has literally changed my life! I have suffered from constipation my whole life. I used to be lucky going once every 3 days. Sometimes as bad as once a week! Trust me I've tried all sorts of fiber supplements nothing worked well for me. The latest being colon broom. Which if I'm being honest, colon broom tastes better(strawberry). But what's the point of a better flavor? Sadly Colon Broom never delivered nearly as well as this product! The way this stuff congeals is very thick & very quick. I can see why it works so well. I drink it first thing in the morning. I drink it all at once. The flavor is subtle & good. Then I drink a cup of water after. Everybody is different. What works for one person may not work for the next. However if you are struggling with bloating and constipation this product is worth a try! I will be purchasing this again!
