I bought this for my son and the lid stopped closing properly. I sent an email to the customer service team, and they quickly responded to my email and offered a complementary replacement. Very happy with the customer service I received, and would order again!

I like the removable sections for easy washing. Overall it is a stylish, compact and versatile lunch box. Looking forward to checking out their other products.

I really like these and my daughter loves the fun prints. I do wish these had a built in chill pack. I have also found when I put the tray in the dishwasher the bottom holds a lot of water, when the dishwasher is done I still have to put them flipped over on a drying rack. Still great product but prefer the chill ones a little more.

I bought the rainbow and butterfly bentgo box for my granddaughter for preschool. She absolutely loves it. No more soggy sandwiches. She likes the divided compartments so her food items stay separate. The Bentgo box is super easy for little hands to open and close

I love the fact that when my toddler 3 yrs old tries to drink from the bottles and tills the bolle the straw is designed for the water to come out. Not like other water bottles at all! We had an issue with the top part but customer service was amazing and responsive to our email.

I'm amazed at how leak proof these lunchboxes are! I've put all types of watery, soupy foods in these lunchboxes and never find them leaking in my child's backpack. They are perfect to fit a variety of items for my child's lunch with the right sized squares. The only issue I've had is that after 1 year, both of the lunch boxes have mold on the rubber part in the shell (I only hand wash the shell and always let it air dry).

It’s a great lunch box, no leaks and great compartment dividers. The only negative is that I wish instructions were clearer about only the tray being dishwasher safe, not the shell around it. Nonetheless, it’s still great and I will continue to buy them for my kids.

We have been using Bentgo kids lunchboxes for 6 years now and we continue to love them! My kids use them daily for school, as well as for their long gymnastics and dance practices. They have proven to be extremely durable over the years, and it wasn’t until recently that we had the misfortune of 2 of them cracking where the latches attach. My 5 year old daughter loves this lunchbox and usually eats everything we pack for her. Portion sizes are perfect. Customer service has been very helpful when a clasp broke about a year after we bought it and they replaced it at no charge. I’d definitely recommend this product.

These boxes work great! They never leak, even when putting yogurt in one off the sections. Crunchy foods stay crunchy, nothing mingles, which is important for picky eaters. Compartments are.a bit small, but nothing a little creative chopping can't solve.
