I wanted to take the time to write this review to offer a massive shout out to customer service! in today's day and age sometimes it gets so frustrating talking to companies but Bentgo goes above and beyond. They have a customer for life! (and the lunchboxes are pretty cool too!) ❤️

I bought the dinosaur backpack and bento kids print lunch box together for my toddler son after searching for several options online. The features I really like are compartments for portion control, leak proof design and the cute prints. Unfortunately the compartment developed a crack, however the bentgo customer service is awesome and prompt and they processed a replacement within minutes of reaching out to them. I would surely recommend this product and the company that stands behind its products.

We received this water bottle for my 1 year old. While she’s able to drink out of straws, I was nervous about her ability to use this straw since the anti-leak technology requires her to bite and suck at the same time. However, she picked it up immediately and it’s become her favorite cup! It is perfect to throw in the diaper bag on our way out the door since I know it won’t leak!

I bought a pack of 2 lunchboxes over a year ago and my daughter absolutely loved it! We used it everyday and the separate sections were perfectly sized. Unfortunately the lunchboxes started to develop some mold on the silicone part but a fantastic representative is sending us replacement lunchboxes. 100% recommend these lunchboxes!!

I am absolutely thrilled with the Bentgo kids lunch box! The 5 compartments are a game-changer, allowing me to pack a variety of foods for my daughter's lunch. Not only does it help keep everything organized, but the leak-proof design gives me peace of mind that her lunch won't make a mess in her bag. One of my favorite features is the ability to include a small treat in one of the compartments. It's such a thoughtful touch, and my daughter loves discovering her little surprise during lunchtime. I’m in love with my bentgo lunchboxes! I ordered two, and both of them closed kind of weird so I emailed bentgo to see if I could return them without the packaging (because I was SO excited I ripped it open like a kid on Xmas) and they sent me replacements right away! Angelou in customer service is lovely and I’m in love with my new lunchboxes! I have trouble eating large amounts of food so I got the kids box (and in unicorn print, cause I’m an adult and I can have a unicorn lunchbox if I want one) and it’s PERFECT. Perfect portions and roomy enough for my needs! I can’t recommend bentgo enough!

Hello! We have two of the shark print containers and are very happy with them. They clean well, the kids can open them independently and they arent too big, heavy or clunky! Nothing spills into the other sections either. I highly reccommend these containers, at the start they may be pricy but they will last years anr van be passed on to the next or other kids.

We have 6 of the style bentgos. Most we have had for a year +. Unfortunately our two newer ones have both broken at the tabs (outer shell). After speaking to the company the outer shell shouldn’t be dishwashed, even in the top rack (the symbols imprinted on the outer shell says different). We will continue to buy these just simply for convenience and functionality for school lunches.

I purchased these lunch boxes for my kids. They work amazing and my kids love that they can fit a variety of items in it. One of the boxes developed mold, so I reached out to Bentgo's customer service. They gave me some instructions to clean the box. Unfortunately the mold did not come up. Bentgo's customer service was quick and friendly to warranty the box. I highly recommend Bentgo brand items to anyone.
