Great concept but too small and not able to keep food cool very well. Still use it bc my child wants to use what the other kids are using. End up having to pack bento box inside another lunch box to add protein bars and ice pack to keep bento box cool

The box was way sturdier than I had imagined it would be. The print is gorgeous and the seal works like magic to keep everything inside. The box arrived beautifully packaged. However, it arrived to my PO Box after the posted delivery date & time. I was reassured by customer service via email & over the phone, and received my package the next day. I will absolutely repurchase!

This luncbag is great. It fits the Bentgo lunchbox with several snacks. The mesh pocket for cups is the perfect size and adjustable. I'm so happy with my purchase and so is my little one. It's also easy to clean. I wipe it down every night with wipes and it's fine.

My kid loves the lunch box. The lunch box has vibrant colors which automatically attracts my kid's attention. It has easy lock closures which is ideal for kids. The compact size makes it light and easy to carry around. The lunch box has no leakage. Absolutely love it.

Overall, the water bottle was great! My son loves drinking out of it. Easy to be identified as “HIS Water.” The only thing I am so sad about this product is that the little snap on top of the water bottle came broken so the straw is always pointing up. 😭 but seems to work with out it just fine.

The overall concept, packaging and ease of use, along with usefulness, is great. This is my second purchase of a Bentgo box and my daughter really likes to peruse through the website for her pattern. I rate it at a 4 star and not a 5 for one repeatable issue that I would flag. Especially in the smaller compartments, I put fresh fruit into them for her daily lunch. I noticed that with both boxes that I have, the rubber sealing that surrounds the smaller compartments (with the fruit) always seem to develop black areas that look like mildew or something and are definitely a degradation or decay/pitting of the rubber. I'm guessing that it's due to the acid from the fruit (strawberries, raspberries, etc) but no matter how hard I try to scrub it off, it doesn't remove the black pitting or stain. Eventually on my older box, I had to dispose of the casing due to the pitting in the rubber, so I assume there's a 4-5 month useful life of these items at a maximum. Overall though, they're perfect for a toddler's lunch!

We really like these Bentgo lunch boxes and we love that they've added new colors and prints. The only draw back is that I wish the compartments were customizable via a removable divider. Overall they're sturdy lunch boxes that come in a multitude of fun colors and prints and this suits my kiddo just fine.

I use these for my son's daily lunch at daycare. I have two boxes and five inserts, so I can make a couple of days ahead and have a couple in the dishwasher. I used my first box for about a year and little mold stains started to appear. At this rate, I'm OK with replacing them, but some people may not like it. Others may not experience the mold at all.

I adore these lunchboxes. They are slim but durable. Fit perfectly in a carry case WITH a thin ice pack. The divided sections work well. I prefer to hand wash these as they don’t sit well in my ancient dishwasher, but that’s not a negative for me. Great design options.

it's cute but I haven't been able to use it much because it has no compartment to heat anything. They heat lunches at our daycare, so it eliminates a ton of lunch options I can give her including dinner leftovers. Not super happy with the product due to this.
