We own several Bentgo Kids boxes, and use one every day for our 4.5 yo daughter’s school lunch. Having all the small compartments means we can pack a diverse assortment of food, and keep them all separate, which our little loves. A clip broke after about a year of (almost) daily use, and the Bentgo customer service folks were great to work with and will be sending a replacement.

This was a repeat purchase for our family. We have purchased so many boxes in the past. Love that even our three year old can open and close the box on his own and it’s absolutely leakproof. My daughter got this lunchbox for her first year in school. It has been such an easy way to make lunches for her to take each day. As a teacher myself, most of my own students have these as well. The silicone has started to get some mold on it but customer service has been great about exchanging it for a new one!

My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! These lunch boxes are the perfect size for my kids’ lunches. Both my kids love theirs! This company’s customer service is also top notch- they reply very quickly and are happy to resolve any issues you may have. I would definitely recommend Bentgo to all parents of littles out there!

My kids love their boxes! They can be picky but are more willing to eat a variety of food because everything ks so cute and in manageable portions. One box changed shape after dishwashing, and customer service was great! They will be sending a replacement.

My daughter has now this version but in girly color. We are having way too much fun with this. My daughter “oohs and ahhs” when I take out her lunch box. It’s always a nice surprise. I sometimes lay things out and she packs it herself. Choosing which compartment to put things in puts her in a collaborative mode (it’s a win/win)

I work in an elementary school. These boxes are all the rage. When I noticed my daughter was one of the only kids not to have one, I had to get her one. I love how easy it is to pack lunch each day. I do not have to look for different Tupperware for all of the different items I send in for her. I love that the compartments are air tight and do not leak into one another (I can put in Ranch without it getting all over everything). I highly recommend!

I bought the fairies for my daughter and recently the clasp broke. Sent an email to customer service (Nicolas) and offered a complimentary replacement. He responded to my initial email same day. Very happy with the service and we really loved this product. My daughter was so sad that it broke! But when I told her it will be replaced - she was happy!
