I had bought a Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box color submarine near a year ago. I contacted customer service and they responder to the warranty of my item. I am really happy with their products. My daughter has been using bentgo lunchboxes for 2 years and we LOVE all the adorable prints that can be cute and fun without being an eyesore. The box is so functional and the portion sizes are perfect. The seals are incredible , you can put any liquid in there , it wont spill over to another section. Just one drawback is that its a tad bit heavy for a kindergartener

We've used Bentgo lunchboxes for our toddlers for the last two years and love them so much! I love the fact that I can just rinse them out and pop them in the dishwasher every night instead of cleaning individual Tupperwares or throwing away single-use bags daily. They help guide me to provide appropriate portions of food and the seal on the boxes are tight. The day before my family left for a 2-week vacation, one of our lunchboxes was accidentally left at school and by the time we got it back there was mold that had permanently damaged the lid. I reached out to Bentgo Customer Service and not only did they respond immediately but they also sent a complimentary replacement within the week. They were understanding, patient, friendly and kind. I can't recommend their lunchboxes and their customer service higher! 10/10!

This product has been a game changer with packing lunch for my now six year old. We purchased this last year to help with packing lunch. This helps us to get a variety of each group into the lunches at a good portion. Thus product is leak proof and sturdy. It was worth the Investment.

I bought this kids bentgo box for my daughter and it has been great . We haven’t had any issues with mold or leakage, and it seems pretty hardy. One of the plastic tabs on the latch just broke, and the company has been very helpful so far, even though we are technically out of the warranty period. Thanks Bentgo!

I have an autistic child and he is really selective and a picky eater so that means I have to pack his breakfast, lunch and snack every morning, so with bento kids lunch box it makes it easy for me to pack him what he really likes and what he is going to eat. The cool designs also make it fun for him and he enjoys opening his bento lunch box durning breakfast, lunch and snack time. Customer service is great as well they answer your questions and help you out with any concerns about the bento kids lunch box or any lunch box in general would Rea recommend their products. I love the Bentgo lunch boxes for my kids! It's great to be able to pack everyone in one container and be good to go. My kids are 8 and 6 and are easily able to access their lunches on their own during school and summer camp! I can't recommend Bentgo boxes enough!

This has been the best bento style lunchbox for my kids. We love our Bentgo boxes! My kids have 2 of these kids boxes and I have a larger one and they have lasted over 2 years. A tip would be to make sure to wash the silicone part on the inside of the box well to keep it clean and smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's a kids lunchbox but I got it for myself to use. The lid seals down tightly so no leakage or food running into each other. The spots help me keep my portions under control. Really happy with it

I’ve been using this for my son sporadically over the past year and daily over the past few months. It has great compartments for little kids serving size and it simple to use. Everything stays in its compartment and it’s easy to open and close. The one downfall has been the appearance of mold. Customer service has been great to work with and offered solutions to clean the box.
