I bought this pasta maker for Christmas 2022, but was not able to make it until the summer. My husband is an Owner Operator (over-the-road truckdriver) and is not home much. While he was home for the weekend and we decided to pull it out and make some yummy homemade pasta as well as try the other feathers. He put his first batch in and something didn't move the way it should have. Now the thing will not do a thing. Poorly made. It doesn't even deserve one (1) star. Bubble busted. To look forward to something with such excitement and it does nothing for even a moment is not a well made product. Why does Emeril back a product that will damage his good name?

I bought this about a year ago, and I have been making pasta with it continuously. I used the beef grounding part only twice, and after the second time the shaft broke completely. I think making such a heavy duty part out of plastic is a mistake. I hope the other parts do not break easily, as there are so many plastic parts in this pasta maker.
