This stuff is like gold! I put this on all meat dishes and some veggies and don't have to add much else. I'm managing my sodium intake and this gives food a good flavor without added salt.

These heavy glass spice grinders are heavy duty in every way. As they come on the scene one by one, I buy each one of them. I have never seen better quality, more aesthetically pleasing, high capacity/volume spice grinders, ever. So far, I have the following Members Mark grinders: 1. Pink Himalayan salt 2. Coarse Salt 3. Lemon and Pepper 4. Black Peppercorns 5. Italian Seasoning And whatever the next ones are to become available. By fresh grinding each of the appropriate seasonings that are pertinent to the dish being prepared, the project turns out fresher and more pleasantly piquant to the taste buds. That fresh ground herbal seasoning takes it over the top with that indefinable difference. The Italian Seasoning, in particular, has such an amazing bouquet when you turn a few grinds, it is obvious that someone with a clear vision of the nuances involved in maximizing a dish's potential through spices. A true epicure. Far more skilled in the art and we can all benefit from their skillset.

I love this product so much and was very upset when i couldn't find it for months. I'm so glad to have it available again. This is my go to seasoning. I use it as much or more than i use salt and pepper. It's amazing on ravioli with nothing else but a little butter.
