It has just the right amount of softness, but yet still firm. I will never own a different mattress!! I love the black color as well!! It sits up nice & high which makes it look & feel even better!! We are VERY pleased!! 100/10 recommend!!

It is awesome to own a mattress that when you’re sleeping you can’t feel your partner move. We get a very peaceful sleep because this mattress does not make you hot. Which leads me to believe there’s some kind of temperature control! We absolutely love it!!! Go get you one and you won’t regret it!

It isn't too plushy and soft which is perfect for me, and it doesn't make me sweaty at night. I was surprised at the height of the pillow top and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to test such an amazing product!! I have scoliosis, and my husband has shoulder issues from a motorcycle accident as a kid, so it's important we have a supportive mattress. But let me tell you, I had no idea a mattress could be THIS supportive. I don't know if it's the Surface Touch Gel Memory Foam, the Self Response Latex, or the 2K Nano Coils, but when you lay down you can immediately feel this mattress conform to envelop every part of your body like a cloud. There are no uncomfortable pressure points, I don't wake up with numb spots anymore, and so sleep so soundly and wake up without pain! One of my other favorite aspects is the motion separation! Hubby is a flopper, and it use to wake me up constantly, but now he can flip flop to his heart (or shoulders) content, and I barely even feel it! I also appreciate the attention that was taken to control temperature with the Sleep Climate Technology and Micro Diamond memory foam! As a gal who is right about the age where hot flashes may soon become a concern, this is a super important feature to me! It's a little taller than I was expecting, and since our bed is already kind of high, I will probably grab a low profile foundation at some point to lower it to a perfect height. But it's still manageable as is, and my sheets still fit! I really couldn't be happier with it though! I tend to sleep on my sides, or back, and it's perfect for either position! I always feel perfectly supported, and even after a couple of weeks of sleeping on it, I still drift off to sleep each night thinking about how amazing it feels!

It's really like laying in a bed of clouds. I haven't slept so well in years. Would highly recommend this mattress for someone looking for a really soft comfortable bed. I had slept on a firm mattress for most of my life because of my back but finally got the right fit for me.

This is a biggggg mattress and heavy, I'm gonna need a step ladder to my bed now this mattress has so many different layers inside, must be why it's so comfortable, sleeping on it is like sleeping on clouds, I'm a side sleeper and this mattress is perfect. This mattress sleeps like luxury hotel beds, and it's so beautiful and elegant, I love the dark color it is. The quality of this mattress is beyond belief,and the comfort is uncomparable!! I have a herniated disk in my back and the mattress makes it easy to get comfortable, fall asleep and stay asleep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first received the Beautyrest Pillow Top Mattress, I was so pleased with how it looked. I even gasped, "wow, that's beautiful!" It is a black mattress with small silver stitching that makes it look so luxurious. We've been sleeping on this mattress for a month now and love it. The pillow top makes it so comfortable but still supportive. I like that it is made to be used with or without a box spring, so we didn't have to change our bed frame. It is nice that the mattress has built-in handles which made it easy to move and place on the frame. The mattress is quite thick so some of our fitted sheets are a tight squeeze to cover the whole side of the mattress, but we haven't had it come off of any corners yet. We need more time to see how durable the mattress is in the long run, but so far we have enjoyed many restful nights on it.

I am beyond pleased with my new beauty rest. I have layed on Hastens and Hypnos mattresses and this is nothing short of the same quality and comfortability. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever layed on and don’t doubt I will have it for the next 15 years.
