These minced onions are especially convenient for sauces so I keep them as a staple in my pantry. However, I by far prefer the larger onion flakes that I used to buy. The flakes had much better flavor and reconstituted to a better replica of a fresh onion. Not sure why you stopped carrying dried onion flakes.

I bought these once and they were good. I bought them a second time and they were terrible. I don't know what they did to them, but I will NEVER buy them again. They completely ruined my soup. I will go back to Tones. I no longer trust Sam's brand spices. It's to expensive to make homemade soups and you have to throw them out because they're ruined. Sam's you're really slipping and going down hill. Get Tones, yours have a nasty roasted taste to them.
