The pillow top is so comfortable, I sleep like a baby!

Found this bed to be quite uncomfortable and painful, which is fine, because I was told I would have a hassle free return. WRONG. I put in my request for a return on 6/26 and still no pick up (and the customer is to pay for shipping so why is it so difficult?)!!!!! I talk with customer service and they are rude and keep pushing out the dates on when to expect a response even though I have repeatedly told them how upset and frustrated I am by this. Hopefully, I can dispute the charge from the bed with the bank because I am pretty sure their return is a scam. Also, they keep saying how slammed they are and it makes you wonder, why so many returns? Better to look elsewhere!

WOW! Luxurious, supportive, not too firm or soft, helped my hip pain, kept me cool, woke up refreshed. Thank you Stearns & Foster, to all the stitchers, and all who made this mattress! I did appreciate when the mattress was delivered, in plastic. So thrilled with my brand new Stearns and Foster! Thank you.

Unfortunately after 3 months our mattress started sagging in the center on both sides. Stearns recommended that we rotate the bed and "the indentations will even out over time." We then rotated our mattress every 4 months and one year later the mattress is unusable. I only weigh 125lbs and my husband is 165lbs. We have a steel base with rigid cross bracing. They would not warranty the bed due to the slats not being 3" wide.

I was not able to test this mattress so I relied on the manufacturer rating to make my purchase decision. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (with a 10 being the most firm), this mattress was rated (by the manufacturer) at a medium comfort level between 4 and 5; however, it feels more like a very firm 8 or 9. Unfortunately, I don't think this unexpected extra firmness will work well for a side sleeper like myself. My advice would be to make sure you can test this mattress yourself and do not rely on the manufacturer's rating to make your purchase decision. My only hope is that, ove time, it will soften enough so I will be able to "comfortably" sleep on my side.

The mattress feels so luxurious compared to other mattresses I've had in the past. The outer material feels thick and substantial and this mattress is COMFORTABLE! Even though it is not billed as a pillow top mattress, it has the cushy feel of a pillow top. It is very supportive for a medium mattress while still having a cozy feel to it. One thing that was really important to me was the mattress be very breathable. My husband tends to sleep very hot, so the wrong mattress can exacerbate that problem. Luckily this mattress sleeps very cool, and that's from our experience sleeping on it in the middle of July. This mattress is also great for couples as you aren't going to be jostled around when your partner moves. I can't even feel it when my husband rolls over in the night. Overall, we love our new mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally wanted to put this in our guest room but it's so comfy I think I want it in my master bedroom instead of my TempurPedic! Perfect medium firmness with the pillow top adding a little extra cushion. I have been using this for 2 weeks now and have had no issues sleeping on my back, side or stomach. I love that it is compatible with an adjustable base as we will be getting that in the future. The only reason I would give it less than 5 stars would be because the price point is pretty high with it being Stearns and Fosters cheapest line but it is definitely worth it! *I received this product free of charge in exchange for my honest review*

There must be some magic sprinkled on it because I have slept through the night since day 1. My sleep is usually interrupted for one reason or another but with this mattress I am so comfortable I sleep better. My body feels cuddled and secure. Once you've experienced this quality you'll never turn back.

DO NOT SHOP AT BEST MATTRESS. This place will take your money!! I went with a mattress here and in total spent almost 5K. I was told that if I didn't like my mattress, I could exchange it within 30 days. The mattress arrived and immediately I noticed it felt COMPLETELY different and stiffer from the one I tried. I bought the matching protector with it, but after a couple weeks I was too uncomfortable and decided to exchange it with a similar mattress. The deliverers came to pick it up but they would not take it due to it being "stained." This was supposedly a new mattress paired with a quality mattress protector that I have only had for a couple weeks!! They came to the apartment without a new mattress, had dirty shoes without foot covers on, and dirty gloves. They came in without a purpose to deliver a new mattress. They refused to do the exchange that they promised me due to the stain that I have never seen. I am stuck with this mattress that was 1- sold to me already used or 2- stepped on by the delivery drivers. I have been treated HORRIBLY by customer service when I paid good money for this mattress. This company is only out to get your money and will not help you.
