Received on 1/23/2025 stopped blowing mist on 2/18/2025...hard water capsule worked during this period no white haze or dust,,,just puffs now not blowing up it mist stream,,,,humidity dropped in room from 40% to 33% with setting on humidifier set to 40% hi output 3 bars

Having issues with my second replacement already. It’s not working. I have send videos of the unit not working to Homedics customer service, videos do not lie. This is what customer service Homedics send me Hello: It is unusual for two units to stop misting so quickly, so we would like to determine the cause before replacing them. Replacing the unit without identifying the issue may not resolve the problem. One possible cause is moisture in the mist tube. Please try emptying the unit completely and allowing the mist tube to dry out fully. Once it is completely dry, refill the tank and try using the unit again. If you would like to speak with a supervisor, you can call our Consumer Relations line at 1-800-466-3342 and request a supervisor for further assistance. I have asked for a refund but no refunds allowed, nor replacement with another Homedics model. Beyond disappointed and frustrated. Does not work, you’re able to turn it on, that’s about it,

It’s loud and warm setting is a joke. I like the night feature and the timer.
