The delivery was excellent, efficient and caring about our home. Set up was good and right on time. We have had great sleep every night since we got our mattress. After so many nights tossing and turning we finally found the perfect mattress. We never even thought we would get a tempurpedic mattress but we were so happy with her sales person and the way we were shown every type of mattress and all choices we could make.

Tempurpedic stands behind their product and customer satisfaction. We are pleased with how the company followed through on their promise to stand by us when we had an issue. This enhanced our confidence in recommending the product to our family and friends and this resulted in a relative purchasing the same product this week. After speaking with a Sleep expert they recommended this medium Hybrid option due to my size. I am 6ft 9in and 300 lbs. I have never spent so much on a mattress before but figured it would be worth it if it meant I could finally get a good night's sleep. Sadly I was disappointed. I gave it a month and was desperate to get rid of it. It was way to hard and I just couldn't find a comfortable position. I would wake up with terrible hip joint pain in the middle of the night. I am too young to have hip pain. I have found more comfortable mattresses for much less.

The moment you lay down on it, you're body just begins to relax. The tensions of the day melt away. It doesn't matter if you're more comfortable on your back or your side, this mattress just follows the contours of your body. It's by far the best mattress I've ever slept on and I would recommend it to anyone.

I switched from 1 brand new mattress to this, thinking it would be great for a side sleeper as well as being cooler, I was wrong. It still 100 degrees and have to toss and turn as it is very stiff. Feels more like an extra firm mattress than medium. I am hoping it will get softer, but right now it is like sleeping on cement.

My sleep has improved drastically and we are now upgrading everyone in the house to the Tempur-Pedic experience.

I've been using tempur pedic for over 7 years now we loved it! and after replacing my old one since I can't find the receipt to get it replaced, so I'm stuck on just buying a new one,(who keeps their receipts for more than 5 years anyway ^_^) i had high hopes but I'm disappointed on this new pro adapt. Back pain has been consistent so far on any posture I try. Can't return it without paying restocking fees. So disappointing.

A lil on the pricey side but every penny is worth it. If you want to stop waking up with aches and pains then buy this bed. It will change your life!!

We complained to the salesman that the tperpedic that we have at home doesn't feel good like the one we tried at the store. He said just give it a little time to expand out or loosen up. It's still hard as a rock and so uncomfortable. My husband hates it and so do I. However the adjustable base is very nice in the zero gravity state.

So far I am satisfied with my mattress. I am hoping that the mattress will soften up somewhat more after it breaks in. I does retain a little body heat. I'm hoping that will not be an issue this summer. Overall, I am happy with my mattress and would recommend it.
