We previously had a sleep number bed that had run it's course....caving in the middle, ect. The first night we slept on this was AMAZING. I prefer soft and husband prefers firm. So we went with this thinking we both compromise a bit. We also ordered this without even laying on! We could feel the difference after 1 night, no body aches getting out of bed, slept well, pure bliss. This mattress feels like it just conforms to your body and you don't feel the other if they move. Soft yet supportive. We also got an adjustable bed to go with, the zero gravity is heaven. If you're looking for an adjustable bed to go with - do it. We were surprised to find that we enjoy the legs being elevated more than the head. BED AND ADJUSTABLE FRAME WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! We also got tempur-pedic pillows that are wonderful as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I realize Tempur Pedic is not inexpensive but it is incredible for a bad back, so it's worth it. I am mad I purchased and wasted time and money on other brands and types of mattresses that don't compare, live and learn.

For the most part, I like the feel of the mattress. I sleep soundly, at least when I can sleep. The biggest issue is that this thing is an oven. It absorbs and holds body heat until I wake up in a boiling sweat, usually around 3:00 in the morning. If I get out of bed and let it cool down for a half hour or so, then I can make it till morning. But by then the night's sleep is ruined. This was my first memory foam, and will likely be my last.

This is our second mattress, so anyone can see we are not buying any other brand. Our grandkids love to take naps on our mattress. Just try the Tempus-pedic, all you aches and pains will go away. My husband has had back surgery, we both have arthritis issues. My advice is pay the extra money and get a product which you will enjoy for many. many years.

Would highly recommend it over one the cheap "mattress in a box" brands that don't last very long.

This is our first Tempur-Pedic mattress after using other popular brands. None of the other mattresses provided the firm support as this Tempur-pedic. It is impressive how one of us can move around or roll over and the other person feel no bounce or disturbance. It is such a solid feeling mattress. We can sit on the side of the mattress and it doesn't collapse. We both agree we are sleeping better, more soundly, and better rested. It is the best ever.

A year ago, we were sleeping on an all foam Ghost Bed and I had lower back pain every morning. We went to a mattress store and did their assessment and ended up with a Sealy Posturepedic Medium Hybrid with an adjustable base. That alleviated almost all of my lower back pain, but I still slept with a pillow under my knees most nights. We have been sleeping on the Pro-Adapt for 3 weeks now and my lower back pain is gone, it seems my support needs are finally being met. My husband didn't experience the same issues as I, but he did comment this is the most comfortable mattress we have slept on yet. I would now pay for the level of quality Tempur-Pedic provides, I'm a convert! For those on the fence, consider this. If a mattress lasts for 7-10 years, your daily cost for amazing sleep is less than a cup of coffee. Would that be worth it to you?

After 20+ years on a Sealy Perfect Sleeper bed set, my first Tempur-Pedic has performed beyond expectation! Initially thought to be "too firm" the mattress has adjusted my posture alignment and I have longer rest periods as I also tend to awaken less during sleep periods. I am an avid marathoner and I notice aches and tender spots I might go to bed with appear to be gone when I awaken. I am so glad I finally purchased this bed set and look forward to comfortable blissful rests on it.

The issue is not with the product. I recently requested an exchange for my newly purchased mattress, to an upgraded more expensive model. Now, keep in mind that it took 32 days to receive my first mattress, including the adjustable bases. (that was also a fight to get) We are coming on 14 days and I still have not received my exchange mattress. I have called more times than I care to mention. Ever time I call, the wait time is awful long. When I finally speak to a "customer" service rep, I get an answer of your order will process in 5 to 7 days, call back. Along with the lovely " have I helped you? and is there anything else I can do?" HA!! You haven't done anything. So, I call back once again. 7 days to be fair. The response, I am sorry, it takes 7 to 10 days for your order to process. So, I call on day 10, then told to call back again. That it takes 10 to 14 days. Today, after being told not once but twice to speak to a special department and being on hold. AND hung up on twice. I am still no where. And calling on day 15. DO NOT, DO NOT purchase from on-line. Find a store, compare your prices. Do not get stuck in this horrible nightmare! When I asked if I could cancel my whole order and how long it would take for funds to be retransmitted. 10 to 14 days.......

I purchased the Tempur-Pedic Model 10737150M mattress from Ashley Furniture in New Rochelle, NY, on June 8, 2024. I received the mattress in the first week of July but was traveling for the summer. Once I started using it, I gradually began experiencing severe back pain. By October, my back was so inflamed that I had to reach out to Ashley Furniture for assistance. To my surprise, I was informed that I had no warranty because I had bought the mattress as an "as-is" floor model. I explained that I didn't know they were selling defective products and that they should stand behind the items they sell, especially when it comes to something as expensive as a Tempur-Pedic mattress. They then told me to contact Tempur-Pedic directly if I believed the mattress was defective. However, despite multiple attempts to get in touch with Tempur-Pedic, I received no response. Now, I wake up in excruciating pain every morning, and I'm also experiencing significant discomfort in the middle of the night. I can only sleep on my back, and even then, the sleep I get is minimal. The mattress feels much too soft for a medium Tempur-Pedic, and I am in constant pain when sitting on it for any period of time. For context, I've had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for over 10 years without any issues, so I know how they should feel. This has been an absolutely horrible experience, and I feel like I've wasted my money. I will never purchase another Tempur-Pedic mattress again and strongly advise others to be cautious when considering a purchase. The pain and frustration I've experienced have made this an incredibly disappointing investment.
