First night and the mattress felt AMAZING! Even through the mattress's break-in period it still felt great! Little to no back pain next mornings, I can fall asleep much faster, and I wake up earlier feeling more restored and rested! Awesome mattress!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, one week into the "soft" model mattress. First few days quite uncomfortable. Seemed to be as hard as a sidewalk. After reading suggestions online, we started walking around on it several times a day. Now it seems a "little" better. Time will tell. Sales people should tell you it will take quite a while to get comfortable to sleep on. Maybe as long as a month or two we are now told. Soft is not "soft" as we have found out. Be careful as most display models in stores are months old with scores of people trying out. The one you buy will be very different for quite a while

Delivery was messed up twice with no regret for the impact it made on our lives. Limited communication to fix the issue; we were told we would get free pillows to make up for the difficulty, no communication since. When we reach out to Tempur-Pedic we were met with condescending responses and messages stating they couldn't find our order with our email despite sending screen shots of the purchase and exchanges with customer service. Despite the like or dislike of the bed we will never purchase from this company again. Customer service makes the difference and what we have received has been horrid

This mattress gives the support with the comfort needed when arms and shoulders hurt from sleeping on your side. It does not completely cure all of the hurting , but it is better than the Serta I comfort mattress we had been sleeping on the last five years. It is soft with a firm under lay that keeps you on a level plain. I didn't think it would be better than what we had, but I was wrong. This mattress has improved my night sleep. I love the new mattress but I wish I had purchased a Medium rather than a Firm. The Firm is excellent quality and there is nothing wrong with the mattress but it is a bit too firm for my needs which I didn't realize at the time of purchase. I may invest in a cushion (foam) topping to add a bit of softening but overall, I like the mattress and the quality is outstanding.

It's expensive and worth every penny. Buy nice or buy twice as they say. Every day I so look forward to curling up in this mattress. With a down comforter it's heaven on earth, sleeping in the clouds. Love it love it love it. And def go for the adj base the zero g is unreal! I've been a light sleeper all my life and this mattress has me deep sleeping all night.

I wavered with my decision to buy this mattress and after opting for a less expensive alternative I knew I had made a terrible mistake. I returned the offending mattress and decided that my comfort is worth the extra cost of a tempurpedic mattress. I'm extremely happy that I went with the pro adapt medium hybrid. My back thanks me every day!

I was skeptical about this mattress, but I am loving it. I am sleeping better than I have in years. Purchase and set up were very easy and quick. We did have to buy the TempurPedic sheets as our old sheets would not stay on the corners. We do love the new sheets, so it's been fine.

It's been over 9 months of nightly use and it feels as good as day 1. The medium hybrid seems to be the perfect balance of soft plushness and support for my wife and I and of course we love the adjustability. Paired with cozy earth sheets and big blanket co comforter makes getting in bed the highlight of the day most days. Highly recommend!
