This product has created huge problems for us. We wake up every morning with shoulder, hip and back pain. This has been to worst purchase ever. I would love to be able to trade this mattress for a less firm mattress.

When the mattress first arrived, we thought it might be too firm. But from the first night's sleep, we realized that we had made an investment in the proper choice.

I am very unsure of this bed. It seems to be making my arthritis worse. Plus I slide ride out of the bed. When I am sleeping, it feels as if I am sloped.
