Not an easy process to file a mattress claim. You will be denied unless "there are 3/4" (inch) or greater visible indentations". Proper forms and photos were sent. Mattress is 2 years old. It's a lot of trouble to get nothing in return. The standard I paid for is not the standard of service I received . Claim was denied. Make sure you are aware of what you are purchasing and will get for the huge amount of money you will spend for a mattress .

We love our King ProAdapt Firm. We had a Classic Deluxe and needed to replace. We knew the new mattress would feel extremely firm at first but softens up after sleeping on it. Worth not having backaches. The ProAdapt is taller than our older model so being 5'3", I have to have a step stool to get onto the bed. Minor problem for the comfort. We also have Tempur-Pedic mattresses in our guest rooms.

This mattress is very expensive to have only lasted for three years. Purchased in 2021, at first it was ok, the motion transfer was terrible. For the past few months my husband and I have been waking up with terrible joint pain. We tried to remedy with adding a topper, it helps with the pressure relief, but sleeps incredibly hot. This mattress was too expensive to only last a few years. Do not recommend.

I have been sleeping in the zero gravity position, it is amazing, I wake up and nothing hurts! I honestly didn't think I would fall asleep in that position but I do, my back used to be in pain with our old mattress, no more with this one, so thanks ☺️

I had an original firm mattress and was worried the new tempur wouldn't live up to old one. I got the firm one and it seems comparable to my original in firmness (or very very close). Thank goodness cause I love this mattress. Not used to the chill coating but put thick mattress cover to to try and prevent cool. Still some cool but I'm ok. I love my mattress.

Well they all said it would take time to get use the our new mattress, and they were right !! It's been about 2 weeks and I think we are finally getting use to the firmness. I have to admit my back has been feeling better, so it must be working. Sure in time, we will be loving this bed. I do love the firm pillows we got. I use to sleep with 2 pillows, not I just use one. For this price ... we better start loving it...

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. The jury remains out on my new Tempur-Pedic mattress. It replaced a hybrid from another manufacturer in its twelfth year of use that developed uncomfortable strike through to the quite firm support layers. The ProAdapt Hybrid was chosen simply because the in-store sample felt the most comfortable among the several hybrids and others on site. Despite the warning of the break-in requirement in the product literature, I found the first few days of use bordering on intolerable. With a week or two of additional use the mattress is becoming better to sleep on and I'm willing to withhold final judgement pending further break-in. I suspect my prior mattress was softer overall (and I'm older and creakier now), but I fondly recall the wonderful, enveloping support it provided during and after break-in. None of the in-store options at Mattress Firm offered this and, in the end, I may pursue adding a topper to try to recapture the feel of the prior mattress.

We've had our new mattress for a month now and both of us are sleeping much better with the firm mattress. Even with two full grown pitbulls, the mattress doesn't move or disturb your sleep if someone shifts their position. Both of us are getting on average 20-30 minutes of additional sleep (per watch tracking apps) than we were prior to this mattress.

My husband and I purchased the pro-adapt mattress. My husband works on cars and I'm in the dental field so we strain our bodies everyday. We get regular massages but our back always seemed to ache. This mattress is a great investment for our bodies. We are no longer waking up with back pain! Love this bed!
