We purchased two twin Xl mattresses, one firm for me and a soft one for my husband. I love a firm mattress and this one hasn't disappointing me. I really enjoy the adjustable base and from the first night of use I haven't experience any backaches. I do find that the soft one that my husband uses is a little too soft. He has had some back pain, which he had experienced long before buying the new mattress and I attribute it to the mattress being too soft. He loves the adjustable base as well. We have only had the mattress for under 3 weeks. We are still testing it and he might end up exchanging for a medium firmness but he isn't sure yet of what he will do. Buying from City furniture gives us the option for a small fee exchanging it for a different firmness.

Wife and I were mattress shopping and overwhelmed by the caspers, purple, avocado, zinus (yes these are mattress companies!) we were lucky enough to have a local mattress store that we could try the mattresses in person! We immediately fell in love. I have bad back and shoulder pain and this mattress has really helped a ton. I no longer find myself tossing and turning in the middle of the night. My wife had also noticed the same and really loves the mattress. We both look forward to going to bed now! Too hard to explain in detail but trust me it's worth it!

After 22 years sleeping on our wedding gift from my parents, it was time for us to get a new bed! After our sleep study by kind & knowledgable Ana, we were able to find a mattress & power base to suit both our needs! After the first night we felt improvements, now, 3 weeks later...on this new bed... I feel like an entirely new person! I have less pain, more energy & I feel like I breathe better too! There's nothing like putting your bed in a Zero Gravity position for a few minutes, then stretching yourself back into the flat position... it's like a chiropractor IN my bedroom!!! I / we highly recommend this mattress & power base! Only regret... why did we wait this long?!? BEST wedding anniversary gift to ourselves EVER!❤️

Is ok. Not nearly as soft as my last mattress. Sides have no rigidity - can't sit on or sleep near the edge, for fear of falling right off. Also it is quite hot compared to other mattresses. Never before have I woke up sweating. For reference, we are using the same sheets, quilt, pillows, and room conditions.

I've tried several different beds in the past and decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try and let me just say that they did not disappoint. I splurged and bought myself the king medium hybrid and have been sleeping through the night. Usually I toss and turn but this thing is so comfortable. I don't get back pain and when I workout hard and have sore muscles it's comforting to get to just lay on it and know I'll be getting a good nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

Typically, we have a 30-60 day acclimation period . This product was an excellent choice with no "break in" period or any discomfort from the start. We are very pleased with our choice. It is now very difficult to get out of bed on these cold winter morning here in Minnesota!!!! And movement by either of us does not disturb the other. Motionless!!! Awesome.

We purchased this mattress after trying it out at the store and reading great reviews on it, my wife is a back and side sleeper and I'm a stomach sleeper and the salesperson highly recommended it. I have always had the standard plush pillow tops and never had an issue but we decided to try one of these out and it was a huge mistake. For stomach sleepers your lower back sinks into the mattress and cause the most uncomfortable sleep and lower back pain when you wake up. For back and side sleepers I'm sure this mattress works wonders but if you're a stomach sleeper I would highly recommend switching your sleeping position or find a compromise on a standard mattress with your significant other, this one is going back and getting exchanged for a standard pillow top again.

We ordered our split king pro-adapt medium hybrid mattress and adjustable base from a local distributor of tempurpedic products. The delayed delivery was over 4 weeks. We were told to expect the delivery the following week, however the wait time was over 4 weeks. We were never informed of the delay. and we did not get any communication from anyone about the delay. This delay and lack of communication was very disappointing . The mattress was set by our delivery person and that process was fine. He showed us how to use the remotes and explained the adjustable base to us. The biggest problem was the smell from the bed. After approximately 3 days my husband stated waking up with a head ache and dizziness. The longer he was out of bed the better his headache became. I did not have this problem, however the smell is very strong and irritating. We have been airing the bed daily and trying to tolerate the smell. We have been sleeping on the bed about 2 weeks. The mattress definitely feels much different than a traditional mattress. When I get into bed, I feel like I am sinking into the mattress and it seems to be hard to roll over during the night. My husband does not complain about this issue. Overall, the mattress is ok. For the price that we paid, I was expecting to fall in love with the bed, but I did not. My husband seems satisfied and states he is sleeping better. So for us, I don't think we would purchases this product again. We are still within the 90 day return window and have not decided if we will return. We also considered a sleep number bed.

I have lost so much sleep trying to adjust to this bed as a side sleeper. It makes me feel stuck in place in the shoulder area and I have been tossing every night and waking with numbness and tingling in my hands. It feels comfortable if I lay on my stomach or back but I am a side sleeper. I thought it would help my shoulder and hip pain but it has not worked for me. It does not align my body, it makes me feel like my head is higher than my shoulders. I called after having it for a week and not sleeping and was told I had to follow the company policy and keep it for 30 days before making a return. I'm in week three now and have not had one restful night.
