[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Medium Hybrid, with its 12" queen size, provides a luxurious feel and targeted support. The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. Love the idea of this mattress but unfortunately I wake up every morning extremely stiff and in pain. When initially looking at mattresses and talking with a sales person, we were recommended the soft mattress due to being a side sleeper/ back sleeper at times. Really wish we didn't take the advice of our sales person & got a firmer mattress. My sleep has been awful since & overall quality of life has declined. And unfortunately are stuck with a mattress that we don't enjoy.

These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

I had heard they were hot to sleep on and it took a long time to break in. I was reluctant to commit. The salesman assured us we would have 100 nights to sleep on it and decide if it was for us. We have loved it since the first night. It is not hot at all to sleep on. We did not have to break it in and we love the adjustable base we added to it. My favorite part is the massage setting. Overall we are very happy with the whole system and would buy it again.

This is the third mattress I've purchased in the past 3 years. I have been experiencing back problems associated with scoliosis. My chiropractor recommended a firm mattress but the ones I tried failed to provide the support I needed while also flexing enough not to pinch my pressure points. Also, what was good for me wasn't always good for the hubby. My Tempur-Pedic finally hit the mark for both of us. I sleep hot, he sleeps cold. We are both very comfortable now. I need firm support with give for my curvy figure, he doesn't have the curves and can handle a flatter firm. Both of us are finally happy. Did I mention we live and travel full time in an RV? This mattress is a blessing to come home to each evening when we are on the road.

While sometimes my partner has found it too warm, I have not. The bed is pricey, but I think worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our five year old traditional mattress with the hybrid - husband loves the way he feels when getting out of bed in the morning, likes how the bed conforms to body shape and really appreciates that he doesn't fell the bed move when wife is restless and is getting up at the wee hours of the moring. Wife enjoys a great night of sleep when she returns home after a week of business travel.

We have tried several types of mattresses and finally made the decision to spend the little extra money, which is something we should have done years ago!! Whether you sleep on your side or back this mattress provides the necessary support to relieve pressure points allowing your body to fully relax and provide a night of restful healing sleep!! My wife used to wake up with sore hips and shoulders and now she wakes rested without pain!! I have had back issues for over 25 years and now I finally get a good night sleep and awake with the pressure relieved on my lower back and neck. We love that we can move without disturbing one another during the night!! The adjustable base is an added bonus!! We highly recommend this mattress and honestly believe you will not regret your purchase!! We also added the Adapt Pro plus Cooling pillows and that is the cherry on top making the sleep experience that much more enjoyable!!

I sleep very hot but my wife sleep cold. So this bed is perfect not as much cooling as the colling line has but just enough to keep me cold and her not. With my knee problem this bed is a life changer adding the adjustable base and I was all set. Tempur-pedic for life.
