Having to make an exchange was definitely needed and by far our choice on this mattress has made our backs and ultimate sleep become more relaxed! No more tossing and definitely no more waking up with aches. Comfort of adjustment on our body is amazing . I wish it wasn't so heavy! Other than that you get for what you pay!

The light really is an asset when getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. The white glove experience on delivery was above my expectations and they followed all safe guidelines surrounding covid. We even got a follow up call from a supervisor to question the delivery. A++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent king-size mattress for me and my husband. Delivered perfectly on time and we bought 4 king size cooling pillows as well. I had TempurPedic in the past and it lasted well over 12 years. This technology is much improved than the previous one. Just the right bits of everything for us. I'm sleeping better, less snoring and less back pain than before. I've been able to lower the dosage of some mild muscle relaxants for my back as a result. I would highly recommend!!

Purchased thinking this would be great choice for new comfy bed and keep us cool in hot summer, but we were wrong. The mattress has not conformed to our bodies nor does it keep us cool. It is fine if you like firm. Unfortunately, this is not for us. The service was great , easy delivery.

I have always been a die hard temper pedic customer. (My grandfather taught me best). At first we thought we choose the wrong comfort but we are so thankful we stuck by the firm mattress it has made a world of a difference in body and muscle soreness. I will never by another brand.

This mattress is extremely comfortable. I have rheumatoid arthritis and have noticed a significant change in my sleeping patterns I no longer wake up several times a night in pain. Since it conforms to my body my entire back is supported and along with the pillow I no longer have neck pain.

Sleep mode is incredibly comfortable, especially combined with the tempurpedic pillow. This is a bed we use as a relaxation escape from everyday stress. It is truly wonderful. Highly recommend. I have slept on a mattress for about six years that I have completely hated. So when choosing this mattress I wanted to be careful. It is always hard in a show room to know if a mattress will be comfortable all night, every night. I am still trying to figure correct adjustments and that could be why. I do like that we have the option to trade if we are not satisfied. We chose the medium because I was having problems with our last mattress causing pain because it was too firm. Maybe we will end up trding to the soft.

I'm still working the mattress in but can already feel it coming along. It is extremely comfortable. I do not notice being hot or it retaining heat at all! I would recommend this to anyone with oresurre point problems especially a side sleeper like myself.
