Felt great initially but then I started having back pain and waking up with soreness and hip pain. I am a side sleeper. It sinks in well but don't know why I feel like it's a tad too firm. Am trying to switch to a softer one now. Overall it's a great quality bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mattress because I wanted a soft mattress since I am a side sleeper. I find the mattress very comfortable for my shoulders and hips. The mattress slowly conforms to your body shape once you lay on it. Unfortunately, I still find the mattress to be warm. After a few hours of sleeping, I find that I need to kick off my covers due to the build up of heat in the bed. So much for a good night of sleep. I was hoping the cover of the ProAdapt they advertise so well as being cooling would be enough to keep me cool throughout the night but I did not find that to be the case. This is a good mattress is you want a soft bed but you get warm, this is not the bed for you.

Takes time to get used to...and forget putting sheets on these mattresses easily. Just maneuvering around on the bed is like wallowing in mud...very difficult. The bed is so heavy it's pretty much stationary after the helpers leave....and once you get into a spot on the be, you're there - tough to turn over if you're someone that does. Also using the frame that lifts the head and foot , if you lift the head it makes you slide down the mattress, until you're at the bottom of it. I think this will work for me, but it's taking getting used to - I came from 20 year old box springs/mattress Sealy.

As a teen I had adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, the result being a fusion of a eight inch rod in my back. I am now close to 68, over the years l worked 8 to 10 hours a day doing heavy lifting and standing on hard concrete floors. I also carried 2 sets of twins. As I have gotten older, I now have degenerative scoliosis in my lower back with 5 bad disc, I don't let that slow me down. I still mow my 2 acre lawn, do all the yard work including the weed wacking. Most days I am so sore I can hardly walk, as I take nothing for pain, but I sleep like a baby. Best investment I have ever made. I always wanted a Tempur Pedic, but couldn't afford one. I really wish I had bought one years ago. I love the way it conforms to my body. I sleep really well and wake up with little or no pain at all. I am more than really happy and the price was well worth it, and I would gladly payed more, just for the comfort and the best nights sleep that I have had in forty years, no kidding. I love my new mattress. I very highly recommend a Tempur Pedic to everyone.

Ok people, I'm 22 years old. I've slept in three beds in my entire life. Obviously started out in a crib, moved to a twin and slept on that same mattress until about 19. Moved in with my fiance and sleeping in a king mattress until May 11th 2020 when our Split King Pro-Adapt mattresses finally arrived! We both got to the point where we were having a lot of problems in our old mattress. He has sciatic nerve issues occasionally and is always tossing and turning. I am a very light sleeper and was barely sleeping the last 3 weeks before our new mattress was delivered. The nerves in my lower legs also seem to go crazy when I am laying down so any type of movement from my fiance makes it that much more stressful especially when he thinks he has to launch hmself in and out of bed in the middle of the night lol. It was miserable! We decided to get a firm split king because of our different needs though we both wanted a firm mattress and I had read previous reviews where some people no longer felt their partner move around so that really made me want a split king. We decided to pair it with the Ergo adjustable base (Separate review.. life changing) and it took over a month to get everything delivered but finally low and behold we are sleeping better! Love me a firm mattress! Our old one just felt too soft and I couldn't seem to find a position where my body truley felt relaxed. I barely feel him moving around and the nerves in my legs have calmed down so much I would assume due to now I sleep wih the bottom end of the mattress lifted (Thanks Ergo base)! I have been sleeping better though still having some issues on night where I just can't sleep. I am getting ready to buy some new pillows from here that I think will work with the mattress and base and completely fix all of my problems! If you get a firm, once you set it up, it will feel really hard but don't be alarmed! That will change when it warms up to the temp of the room. When we set it up and sat on it, we looked at each other like uhhhhhhh this is like laying on cement and we were hoping we didn't just make a giant mistake lol but nope it was perfect once it warmed up! Only thing that kind of sucks is that I read you shouldn't use heated blankets on the mattress. I have been using a heated blanket the passed 2 years since my feet can't ever get warm. They are always freezing cold at night and would cramp up in the middle of the night so I'm having a lot more cramping now but it's a small price to pay. I think I just need a better comforter. Overall, I love this mattress and am trying to convince my parents they should get one too! Was well worth the money! You spend a big portion of your life in bed. Might as well be comfy! All of my future bed products will now be purchased through Tempur-Pedic!

We love our split king pro adapt medium hybrid. I also love the pillows we ordered. We got 2 king size from the cloud collection. It was the $200 one with cooling technology. We also got the 2 for $99 cloud cooling regular size for between my knees. The customer service is awesome. We had a celebrity mattress that was discontinued. It was causing back pain. They refunded the price that was paid 9 years ago to go toward a new mattress. I highly recommend tempurpedic. I love the cooling technology!!!

My wife and I were long overdue for a new mattress and as soon as we laid on a Tempur-Pedic we knew it was the one for us. The mattress checked all the boxes for us and in my opinion is dollar for dollar the best value on the market. It is comfortable, cooling, supportive and we both have experienced the best sleep in as long as we can remember. My wife is sleeping through the night which used to be the exception and she reports am no longer snoring or tossing and turning throughout the night. Without hesitation I recommend Tempur-Pedic products to anyone even thinking about a new mattress. The money spent is an investment in your own wellness and in that regard, this is a bargain!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Favorite feature is the zero gravity and super helpful to receive a well rested sleep. I would cough a lot at night. After being able to elevate my sleep I am able to sleep the full 8 hours with no interruptions from coughing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a TEMPUR-PEDIC for mattress for 15 years. When I downsized to a smaller house, I had a smaller bed with a regular mattress. At first it seemed fine, but within a couple of months, I began waking up with a back ache. (I never once had a back ache in 15 years on my first TEMPUR-PEDIC.) Then, I began getting heat spots on my hips. At that point, even in the middle of a pandemic, I decided to get another TEMPUR-PEDIC. Excellent, safe delivery, and instant relief! No more back aches, and no more heat spots.

I was having pretty severe back pain on rising in the morning. My doctor asked how old my mattress was -- errr, old! So I did some research and ended up buying a Tempur-ProAdapt Soft mattress. Have had it about a month and AM IN LOVE! I had always bought firm mattresses but this soft mattress has a LOT of support and is comfortable the minute I lie down. I have had NO back pain since getting the mattress. None! Love it!
