We decided to swap an older I-Comfort for the Tempur-Pedic. We have a Tempur-Pedic in our guest room which used to be our mattress. After the I-Comfort started to break down, we decided to go with what we knew had like. There was a marked difference in the Tempur over the I-Comfort. We are sleeping better and waking up with no aches in pains. I would encourage buyers to go to a retail outlet and not buy on-line.

I really do love this bed, it is very comfortable and supportive. The memory foam mixture is unlike any other I have tried, and the isolation of movement really helps when sleeping next to others that move a lot. I haven't noticed the bed to 'sleep hot' which was a concern on mine when I purchased it. I recently had an accident in which my dog vomited all over the top of the mattress and clean up was very easy since the actual bed cover can be zipped off and washed. I was very happy with how easy this was. The only complaint that I have is that the cover is slippery feeling and that makes it so that the sheets do not stay put. I pretty much have to pull the sheet tight on all sides every day. This can be uncomfortable since the sheet gets wrinkly under my body. It's a shame to be honest considering the price of the bed I had hoped for almost perfect. I am still trying to find the right sheet set to possibly help with this but reading the reviews on the Tempur-pedic sheets does not make me want to spend > $150.00 to try them out. I checked the box for 'yes, I would recommend this product' because I do love the bed, but I am honestly not sure that I would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new mattress. I don't understand how it can give such good support and still be soft enough to sleep on my side. Unless my previous memory foam mattress, this one doesn't have me turning from side to side to relieve pressure on hip and shoulder. I can sleep on one side for hours without any pain. This is important because my sleep apnea means I must sleep on my side.

We've had the Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt mattress for about a month now, and it has been a great purchase for us. From the first week, we noticed better sleep quality and waking up with much less pain and stiffness. The mattress provides excellent support while still feeling comfortable and pressure-relieving. One thing we really appreciate is how well it conforms to your body without feeling too soft or “sinking in.” Motion transfer is minimal too, which helps if one person moves during the night. After a month of use, we're very happy with it and would definitely recommend the ProAdapt to anyone looking for better comfort and support, especially if they deal with aches and pains while sleeping.

This is my second Tempur-pedic. I previously owned a Cloud. I don't think one can beat the quality. It is comfortable, firm (even though medium), with good body support. Scott was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated John and Brady's quick and professional delivery.

We were initially very happy with our Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Soft mattress—it was comfortable and felt like a great investment. However, after just a couple of years, it started to lose its shape and is now sagging in multiple areas. Since this seemed like a clear product failure, we filed a warranty claim. We provided all requested documentation, including photos showing proper support underneath the mattress and that we’ve consistently used a mattress protector as recommended at the time of purchase. Despite this, our claim was denied, citing improper care. This was extremely frustrating and honestly confusing, given that we’ve followed all care guidelines. It’s hard to understand how that conclusion was reached based on the information provided. No expert came out to review the mattress they based this on a few images that to be looked exactly like the examples. For a product at this price point, I expected better durability and stronger support from the company in honoring their warranty. This experience has been very disappointing and has definitely changed my perspective. I would encourage others to look closely at warranty coverage and long-term performance before making a purchase. I would NOT recommend this product OR this company after this experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with my Tempur-Pedic bed. I specifically chose this mattress and adjustable base setup because it’s marketed as helping with comfort and sleep issues like sleep apnea, which was a major factor in my decision. After only four years of use, the mattress has significantly broken down in the middle—right where it’s most affected by being propped up on the adjustable frame. This is especially frustrating because the entire system is designed and promoted to be used this way. I used the bed exactly as intended, regularly adjusting the base to improve my sleep. Instead of holding up, the mattress has lost its structure and support in a very noticeable way, making it uncomfortable and undermining the very reason I invested in it. To make matters worse, my warranty claim was denied due to a sweat stain. This makes no sense, as the breakdown is not even in the same area as the stain—it’s in the section where the adjustable frame raises the mattress and where my body weight is concentrated. If the stain were truly the cause, the damage would be in that location, not in a completely different area. It feels like an excuse to avoid honoring the warranty rather than addressing a legitimate product failure. For a premium product that’s supposed to be durable and supportive—especially for people dealing with sleep issues—this kind of deterioration in such a short time is unacceptable. I expected far better quality and longevity. Based on my experience, I will never buy another product from this company. Don’t waste your money. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to struggle with pain in my left quad requiring me to sleep with a pillow between my legs. After getting my Tempur-Pedic, I have no pain in my leg. I am so happy with my purchase.

My wife has back issues & I would wake up with lower back pain, not anymore we both sleep better And she seems a lot happier, so all around it's a happy home Thank you.
