After looking at several mattresses, I bought the firm pro-adapt mattress. It is very firm but I have read that as you use it, it will get softer. I like it but it is very different compared to the other mattresses I have owned. I am still getting used to it. It is very pricey but hope to fall in love with it as I sleep on it.

I have been sleeping on this bed for a couple weeks now and it has been some of the best sleep I have had in a long time. This bed is amazing. I like a very firm bed and it is quite firm but it also has some give and conforms to your body. I like that it doesn't make me hot at night so I sleep comfortably.

I was having pressure point pain for years on my old mattress. From night one, my pain was eliminated. My husband was skeptical and wasn't as excited as me, but one week in he admitted it was the best mattress he's ever slept on. I love the fact that you don't feel your partner moving during the night. Nothing bad to say about this mattress . Best purchase I've ever made!

I toss and turn a lot on this mattress and if I sleep over 6 hours, I wake up with pain in my middle to lower back. I am 6'2" and weight between 195-200-ish. I have been to both my family practitioner and a chiropractor to confirm that I do not have any back issues, injuries or circumstances that would cause me back pain. I travel for work and will sleep on a hotel mattress at least a couple times a month and usually sleep like a baby with out tossing and turning and with out back pain. My wife also did not like her bed and ask that I put her Next Alexander Hybrid back on her side. I will probably go with a Sealy Posturepedic . I bought them for my 11 and 16 year old and they love them.

Bought this bed with high hopes, unfortunately after sleeping on it for 5 months I absolutely hate it. I wake up every morning and feel like I was punched all over. I had some back pain a year ago that finally went away, after sleeping on this bed at first all the pain came back and had to start physical therapy again. I hate this mattress.

We absolutely love this bed! Prior to this we had bought a "memory foam" bed on line that was suppose to be amazing (little to no reviews, no one heard of it) and what ended up happening is, it was not good enough! I would get out of bed and my whole body ached! I thought, "I guess this is what old feels like" (I'm 30 years old). My husband stands on his feet all day and would complain of back pain, again we assumed it was being over weight and getting old (he's 33). To our surprise the bed was firmer than the show model and took some getting used to, maybe 5 nights. I immediately noticed a difference when I woke up and stood up from the bed, no pain, and no aches! I feel completely young again! My husband hasn't had back pain since! He has more energy now and we could not be happier! We would recommend this type of bed for everyone! There is a reason why they are the best and we now know, we cant put a price a good sleep! I've slept on tempur-pedic mattress for over ten years now. i owned my first mattress for nine years, and my back started hurting. so last year i go over to a mattress store near my home, cause i know the brand i want. i tell the sells rep, I've have some back issues in the past. i need a new mattress !! so she tells me about the really firm mattress that temur-pedic , but there is no display in the store. i bought it base on her word, and my prior temur-pedic mattress. i haven't had a good night sleep since I've had this mattress!! its remains very very hard!! i wake feeing like I've played football all night. SORE all over. :(

I had the tempurpedic-Adapt - in medium for the 90 days traded it in for the pro-adapt-firm. Well best thing I ever did because just the other morning over a cup of joe, I asked my wife if I have been complaining about my back and she said no. So it speaks for it self

I had a Terpur mattress I bought in Hong Kong...it is the original product and not the USA licensed product. It started to delaminate after 5 years and since ai moved back to Hawaii, I could not make any adjustments with the original Tempur company. So far, this USA mattress gives me the comfort that I wanted and has decreased my back aches. I have a concern, though...will this mattress start to delaminate because I also have a Tempur-pedic adjustable bed frame and I like to raise the head and leg when I watch TV in bed. Other than that concern, I am happy with my purchase.

It has only been a few weeks so we are still deciding. We may move to a medium support mattress. It has been an adjustment from our older Tempurpedic because this one is higher. We are also having difficulty with our high end mattress cover being slippery. We switched from our high thread count smooth sheets to percale to see if the bottom sheet will stay in place better. In general, we love Tempupedic. There are adjustments we need to make in this transition from a 2007 mattress to 2019.
