My daughter who is now 9 has Down Syndrome among other issues and as a result still has wetting issues, not only night but day as well. We have been using these for several years now and I must say they are absolutely sensational and she wears them at all times instead of underwear as she doesn't wet daily but it is a random thing. They are very quiet, both in movement and when she wets so no one else knows, this is what she really loves because she frequently plays with friends and at school and such and even when she invites her friends over for sleepovers. They are also very good at keeping her gas quiet as well, unfortunately due to some of her issues she gets to be quite gassy some days and when we had her in pull ups and such before she would always complain very emotionally "Mommy The Diapers Make My Toots Too Loud!!!!!" LOL With Goodnites however, not only does she not have to worry about when she wets herself, she can "Toot" away without everybody around her noticing too which is great because she would get just as embarrassed and upset about "Tooting" around her friends as she would wetting herself, LOL. All in all they work wonders and we will continue to use them for as long as needed. A friend who uses them for her special needs child however stated that her child is about to outgrow the large and would love it if larger sizes were made so that they could continue using them. This product works well for my daughter most nights - but sometimes they leak - Tho I think it's when she's on her tummy. They need more padding in the front and a little higher up, but more importantly, I beg and pray they make a larger size. She will be out of these soon and I really don't want to have to buy the adult diapers for her.

This has helped a lot and helps with not having to have so much of a mess to constantly clean up. We try to wake him up through out the night to go to the bath room but he constantly says he doesn’t have to go. So these have been such a big help for him! Will be buying more!

She was embarrassed to stay overnight with friends or go to slumber parties. Not many pull-ups are available to fit children that are larger than most kids. When I found these for her, she was so excited she could go stay with her friends & not get embarrassed if she would happen to have an accident! These were her hidden secret & no one ever knew she even had them on.

We have been using these products for years now and we have been pretty satisfied with them, but lately we have been having problems, mainly with the new leg cuff designs, we are getting a lot of packages where the elastic waist, has t away from the front, usually on the left side, and in some cases torn off completely leaving the SAP, all over her bedsheets. And we have been having problems where the elastics are heat sealed ripping apart when she tries to put them on. We agree that the way the waist was before was just fine. Despite those two flaws i recommend this product.

I have tried MANY different brands and my daughter was having a hard time fitting in any briefs except these! These have enough stretch they won’t leave that red line on her legs! These fit perfectly and she absolutely loves them. Very easy to put on and very comfortable. They do a great job at holding in urine unless a lot of water is consumed before bed time other than that they absorb well especially during the night. Leakproof! Durable! Amazing!
