These nighttime underwear holds in the pee with no leaks at all. The regular brand that I would buy would have leaks sometimes but these Goodnites nighttime underwear does GREAT!!! We really appreciate the comfortable sides. The only suggestion I would have is a different print. We felt like the XXL print was not as nice as the XL or L prints. We would like to see XL or L prints on a update for the product.
