Purchased this mattress on 9/8/24. Six months later. It has started to sag, springs are bulging out from the side. Up all night tossing and turning. My old mattress that was 15 years old was better then this. I wish I could get my money back.

SO comfortable. It's very soft, so if that's not for you, I'd recommend a different mattress. My husband and I are both side sleepers, and this is the best mattress I've ever owned. I replaced my memory foam mattress with another, and I haven't even had it for 2 years before I decided to replace it. It was way too firm, despite being advertised as a medium plush. I've had memory foam mattresses since 2013, and this is the first hybrid that I bought. No regrets at all. It's actually soft as advertised! We bought a king-size. It's VERY heavy, so I recommend having someone to help you move it. It will spring open when you unwrap it, so be careful. The springs are very bouncy, but you can't feel them through the foam. It's definitely not as hot, either. I'm a hot sleeper because of my medications, and this doesn't overheat me like a pure memory foam mattress does. No regrets at all on this purchase. If you like a cozy, soft bed, this is the mattress for you.

I bought this mattress because in said it was soft. It is not a soft mattress. It is pretty firm. So if you want a soft mattress do not buy this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First I want to say this is the greatest product that I have received from this program so far and had the pleasure of testing. This mattress is beautiful and the pictures don’t do it justice. The bed came in a box and as soon as you cut the plastic it starts to expand. We needed a new mattress for our guest bedroom so when guest or family comes to visit they will have a comfortable bed to rest and get a good nights sleep. It measures 14’’ inches high 60 ‘’ inches wide and 80’’ long just the right size . It is super comfortable and heavy it took me and my husband to put this mattress on the frame . This will help my back as I have a form of osteoporosis and my back hurts most days . Also what I like about this mattress is it has a removable stretch knit cover on the bottom that can be machine washed but as heavy as this is I don’t think it would have to be washed often. If you are looking for an amazing durable heavy duty comfortable mattress this is it . I highly recommend it. I plan on purchasing a mattress protector to keep it nice and clean and prevent any damage to the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so surprised how they packed this mattress inside a box the fact that this is a hybrid mattress and that means it is made in layers including the springs. It is not light at all. It is heavy . The quality is absolutely amazing. The memory foam is so comfortable and it feels cooling as well. It has good body support without making you sink. I can feel that it’s made to have a proper airflow so you won’t get overheated. The shape of the entire mattress is solid and no deformed spots. Love this hybrid mattress so much. Since this is a mattress-in-box it is more easier to ship directly to your home especially if you live in a condo or apartment. You don’t have to deal with a bunch of delivery people. I suggest you deflate it on top of your bed. I also suggest to wait for 24 hours after it deflates before putting any covers or sheets since there is a mild scent from the foam. Just make sure to air it out. Highly recommended!

My husband is a furnace when he sleeps so we liked that it is designed to be breathable. I will update if anything changes over time but so far I am so happy to have received this mattress!

When I first got the box I was like there’s absolutely no way a queen sized mattress is in here. But as soon as you get it out of the plastic it immediately begins to expand. I opened it around noon and went to bed at 9pm but it probably didn’t even need that long that’s just how my day panned out lol. On to the most important part: the comfort. This bed is SO COMFORTABLE it’s almost a bad thing lol I never want to get out of it. It’s literal heaven and the place I look forward to all day long 😂It really does breathe well and doesn’t get too hot. My husband is a suuuuuper hot sleeper and he’s been so satisfied with the cooling mattress. I on the other hand am always freezing cold. This mattress doesn’t make it any more cold or anything like that so it’s a perfect happy medium for a couple with different mattress preferences. Definitely satisfied with this mattress and going to buy a twin size for my son and a full for the guest bedroom!

My body felt very comfortable conforming to mattress. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I found it to be slimmer than my last queen in width. My husband found it rather soft but I quite enjoy the softness. I would absolutely recommend.
