Twitters sound bad since the beggining

This speaker is amazing. It’s survived so much. It survived hitting rocks in a river when it slipped in during a bit of family adventuring, and then a few hours in a lake when I accidentally kicked it off of my paddle board. When I recovered it from the lake, it still worked amazing, and a year later, it is still in use.

It stop charging within one year. I take care of all my electronics and I was super disappointed.

Great product, well made. Doesn’t have a great bass sound though. Misses out on the low sounds which really loses while watching movies or listening to music.

The bass caliber lacks depth. I didn't have high expectations in a portable speaker, yet still, this performs lower than expected. It's loud enough for everyone but lacks fullness in sound quality. However, if you place it in a resonating area (in a box, on wood floors under a coffee table, etc), it's largely enhances the effectivity of the low-end tones.

This speaker is all that I hoped it would be! I previously had a samller speaker by the same brand and I needed a little more power. Well, this speaker is very loud outside and seems to have a good range. I like that it is bluetooth and is very easy to set up. The controls on the top are easy to use. I use the box to protect it but I wish there was a separate speaker container that I could carry with me instead of the box. But overall, this speaker is worth the money, it was on sale too!

Impressive considering it’s size. I haven’t experienced any bluetooth lag with videos on my iPhone or watching programming with my Roku. The specs indicate range between 60hz and 20k, so I ran a tone generator through it and found it actually goes down to 48-50hz as much as 60, but sharply rolls off at 45 and is pretty much nonexistent at 40, which again for the size of the little bass speaker is quite remarkable. The upper end of the spectrum appears to roll off around 13-14k, but that could possibly just be my ears more than the speakers themselves. Highly recommend.

Before purchasing this speaker, I'd had a chance to use another JBL model that came with the JBL phone app. This allowed me to use its equalizer to sculpture the sound profile to my liking. The lack of that support with this model was a bit disappointing. However, I did find and downloaded a free equalizer app for Android that seems to serve the same purpose. After making some adjustments to bass, midrange, and treble regions, I am happy with the sound.

Great sound. Charge last a long time. I use it when I go fishing.
