Broken

I received a speaker that wouldn’t turn on or charge, so I tried to exchange it. I ordered through the app, but it told me I needed to take it to the store to return/exchange. In the store they told me I’d need to pay the difference between the sale price and the in-store price if I wanted a working speaker. So I wouldn’t buy this unless you want to pay over double the price it says on the app or you buy in-store.

Please try to power cycle the speaker by pressing and holding the power button for 30 seconds while the unit is not plugged into a power source. If it does not work, please use another charging cable and power adapter to see if the unit will charge. Check the adapter and make sure that the rating is 2 amps or higher. If the issue persist, feel free to contact our customer support to assist you further with your concern. https://support.jbl.com/
