My husband and I saw immediate improvement in quality of sleep on our first night with the new mattress. Full night sleep, no muscle aches when rising in the morning, less waking up at night with neck and back aches. Immediate comfort when getting to bed at night. We switched from a Sterns and Foster to the Tempur-pedic because my husband was hoping to seek relief from morning back and hip pain after sleeping. He has experienced relief.

We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

OMG when I tell you, it's the best night's rest you will ever get, this mattress fits my comfort so well. Other mattresses I have used in the past left my entire body sore the next morning. Now I wake up without pain. I couldn't wait to return from vacay to get in my bed. Oh, what a night I had. The only thing I'm unhappy about is that I did not purchase the one that goes up and down. I've actually enjoyed this mattress more than I expected to. My previous experiences with memory foam haven't been great, since I tend to sleep warm. But I've been very comfortable with the ProAdapt despite the weather getting warmer. As a side sleeper I prefer a softer plushier mattress and this has been doing the trick. It's soft enough to not cause me hip and arm/shoulder pain from being on my side, but still very much supportive enough. I'm very happy with it!

We purchased a Pro-Adapt Firm, knowing we have 90 days to try it and purchase a different model if that one didn't work for us. After a month, we decided to upgrade. The payment system was apparently down and it took a week to get through to anyone to process the payment. We paid over $2,000 more for the upgrade over a month and a half ago. We still have not received the mattress. I've spent 3.5 hours on the phone on various holds over a couple days, only to be told that the delivery company for some reason has not scheduled the delivery. I was told I would get an answer on this and a delivery date within 24 hours. This was a week ago and I am now on the phone again, trying to get through to someone. I've been on hold for ___ minutes so far and still no one was picked up. I'm on an endless loop of an automated message. Do not buy from Tempurpedic online. If I had to do it over again, I would not buy from them at all. This has been incredibly frustrating.

Doesn't seem as soft as in the store. But overall pretty comfortable, maybe I was expecting too much with all the hype for a tempurpedic mattress. I would buy again because of the comfort still. With the box spring the bed sits pretty high, almost have to jump in.

I needed a mattress that could be used with an adjustable bed. The smell was a problem. I took the cover off down to the form core, opened the window, used a fan on high, and aired it out for one week. Then when I slept on it I started sweating to the point I had to sleep on another bed. It is not the mattress for me.

It is pretty hard and solid when you first lay down but it is never cold and your body does not have to take time to warm the mattress, I love that. I love that I just slightly melt into the surface of the firmness and off I go to sleep. This is our second firm temperpedic, they are really the best, expensive but they last and the comfort, technology and construction are unsurpassed. Flawless online purchase, competent delivery and set up of mattress set. Satisfied customer for sure.

My husband and I thought we would give this mattress a try and I really like it! My hips would bother me on our old mattress, but this mattress is so....much better. We had what I call ditches (ha) from our hips and shoulders on the old one. It is not hot at all. It does take a little getting use too. Only issue I have is it's hard to change the sheets. I have my hubby help me and all is good.
